Highland Park Cemetery has been a trusted name in Kansas City since 1905. We are family owned and operated.
Highland Park Cemetery Association was established in 1905. Designed by renowned landscape architect, Sidney Hare, Highland Park was the first cemetery in Wyandotte County to embrace the idea that a cemetery could be more than just a burial ground. With its rolling hills, shade trees, and park-like setting people came from miles to visit their loved ones and stroll through the Highland Park. Highland Park has a rich history in Wyandotte County and is the resting place for senators, judges, Medal of Honor recipients, professional athletes and thousands of others over the last 116 years.
We work hard at Highland Park to provide a pleasant, peaceful place to visit. If you need a map to your loved one’s final resting place or would like more information about the cemetery, please come in or email [email protected]. Our cemetery office is located on the north side of the funeral home off of 41st street and is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. -4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Please feel free to stop in and visit!
