My last review was deleted. And that makes me even more upset. The man who owns this shop has horrible service. I took my shoes to by dyed and he only completed the straps and heel, he missed 1/3 of the dyeable part of the shoe. When I came to pick them up, he claimed that he told me that he was only going to complete this much of the shoe. That was not true. I would have never left my shoes if I was expecting an incomplete job. These were my wedding shoes! He refused to complete the job unless I paid him more money the initial job was $28 and he wanted $15 more to complete his poor work. He just kept shaking his head and yelling at me "I told you I was going to do this." I never review things, but this was just appalling.
I had a hiking boot repaired today where the seam had ripped out. They did a great job and the price was very fair. Highly recommend.

Took three items in to be repaired. Two went great. The 3rd not so much, some language barriers to the woman understanding what I wanted RE: pair of favorite slacks. We had a lengthy discussion, about hemming them and putting new elastic in and cinching up the waist...$68 later for all 3 items, I came home with a pair of slacks I need to take to a different tailor to get the results I want. This is costing me more than the slacks were. UGGH.
Got a shirt fitted and pants hemmed. One week turnover during the wedding season, reasonable prices, and good quality work. I was very satisfied. -- Since last writing, I've had a suit jacket and a couple of blazers fitted. Again, quick turnover and very reasonable prices. The work has held up so far and seems to be fairly well done.
Larry is great! I had an emergency shoe repair needed for a wedding and he fixed my heels and polished them in an hour!! We flew in from Omaha NE and needed assistance quickly!! Thank you Larry!!
I use this business for all my alteration needs and have had a great experience every time. She turns my items around quick, always does a quality job and at a fair price. I have had dress straps taken in, pants hemmed and shirts taken in. I would recommend this business and the lady is very pleasant to deal with.
Maybe they read the reviews and changed their approach with customers. I had a GREAT experience with both shoe repair and a bathing suit fix. Very happy with both the friendly owners and their work. Highly recommend. Oh, it was also very reasonably priced...
