Please make sure you package your mail well and is securely taped yourself. Keep in mind this is not Staples where staff are nice, helpful and provide FREE tape. Asian lady with short hair just describing seem to have absolutely NO patience with customers based on her attitude I experienced and according to lots of other reviews. I had 1 box but no tape. All I needed was probably 2 tape strips but nOOOOo $3.99 for tape? There were no customers around, she could have been a bit nice and help a little. I decided not to buy that tape and went down the st to use my tape. Came back and the line was almost to the door. Yes I was annoyed but secretly happy because she got her Karma with lots of customers to keep up with and she seems to not be a ppl person lol. No, I did not wait and drop off package elsewhere, where I felt welcomed the next day! Just prepare yourself next time, get it done and go so you dont have to be in her negative presence long!
This Lowell Post Office at 155 Father Morissette Blvd is one of the best larger facilities in Massachusetts. The lines move fairly quickly compared with other urban post offices. The clerks have always been helpful and polite in my experience. The supplies are well organized and plentiful. It is nice to have free parking, and plenty of it.
First I want to say I had a missing package. And I went to the post office today and I was waiting for the employee to talk to their supervisor to help me find my package which it took 30 mins to see if it was in the back. So the supervisor called the driver and she said the driver that drop it off the package to my address but no package was there. But before all this I made a phone call and the customer care person I spoke on the phone said it was drop off to someone’s house around the area. So that what I told them. And the supervisor didn’t believe me. We went back and forth and the supervisor ended off saying we can’t help you if the package said it was delivered to your house. That’s so unprofessional. So as soon I left and drove to my house my neighbor walks up to my house and said this package does not belong to me. And guess what it was my package. The workers really need to pay attention what they’re doing. And to be honest. Don’t be behind the bush and lie.
Great machine The have a self service machine that works 24 hours and you can mail any time your letter or package. Is just perfect
I called these ratchet people 45 times and these crusty ahh employees couldn’t be bothered or don’t know how to anwser a damm phone
Asian lady super rude for no reason.I had a passport appointment and she decided to take in other people in my time slot. She then accussed me of being late which was inaccurate.I had arrived on time and was standing waiting for over 15 minutes.
It’s like a racket with these people all the time call about mail. That’s consistently late and never give me an explanation as where my stuff is. They put my passport in the wrong mailbox before.
This has got to be the worst USPS location in the US. I forgot my keys and asked the agent at the desk for my mail. She went and asked her manager. He came out with my mail and gave me a cold steer and said, " Do not bother coming for your mail if you forget your keys in the future." It was a scary moment for me as I am the rightful owner of the box. I had my ID on me and credit cards, so I am not sure why he gave me the cold treatment. I also noticed that other box owners would ask the agents for their mail without having the key without any issues. Well, the only difference is skin color. I have observed at multiple USPS locations in this region; whites can get their mail without having any problems. The one time I did as a black man, it's a problem. Not to mention; returning mail to the sender; that has the street address and box number. Once again, I am not surprised. I pray that one day everyone can be treated equally.
If I can give it NO stars, I would. Lady at the counter with super short hair was rude for no reason and yelled at me because the shipping label wasn’t perfect. I tried explaining to her that it was an automatic label similar to Amazon and I was just returning a product. She kept cutting me off and yelling at me. Never again. They don’t even know how to scan packages and do their jobs. Have lost packages here before! Good luck!
I've been shipping packages at this location throughout covid and have only ever had good experiences. Sometimes the wait is long, but that isn't the fault of the people working here; almost everyone who's helped me so far has done so genuinely and thoroughly. Occasionally someone a little less patient would help; but, I can't imagine how difficult the working conditions are/can be, and choose 100% not to hold it against them. No reported issues with the timeliness and conditions of my parcels aside from expected covid/election delays. I think they're doing a good job and am happy to work with them.
