I did a quick drop-off during the early daytime. The clerk was kind and also quick!
I only knock one star off because it's the USPS. It's not a fun experience dealing with them as a whole. All the other stars go to Monique. She is so efficient and polite. Usually postal service workers are angry and demeaning. Monique is such a star of the USPS. I'm always in and out quickly and she makes the experience so much better.
One of the worst Post Offices ever. More than 10 people waiting for service and only one person working the counter. We asked where is everyone? Is there anyone to help? The answer was they didn’t care. How in the world these people keep a job and get paid. Poor customer service and complete carelessness. I have Ben in line for 35 mins and it didn’t move once.
Yeeaaah.... definitely feeling attitude from Monique. Most people would be very happy to get a federal pension when they retire.
Truly the worst post office on the face of the earth. On the rare occasion that they're actually open during their posted hours, good luck finding someone nice to help you. I get people having a bad day but I've never had anyone be nicer than "severely inconvenienced" when I've gone.
Candace is the best! She deserves all of the promotions, raises, and bonus holidays that the USPS can provide! She helped us ship out a package by staying long at the end of her day and telling me all of the things I needed to make sure I had on it. I'm so glad she's our mail lady!
I ship pre paid priority mail weekly. I repurpose boxes and do my packing and labeling before I arrive. The USPS website clearly states I can use my own packaging materials as i do ALL THE TIME! Today i was lectured that I could only use the official PO boxes. The lady pointed to my label as if it were proving her point. I inquired if this was a new policy and was told no and I either paid $26 to ship my box or repackage. She had no time for me to show her the USPS website that clearly states I can.
One of the worst customer service experiences ever 340 S Highland Baltimore location. The lady Monique had a huge attitude with me, yelled at me and didn’t allow me to doublecheck the address that she had put in the system from the form into the package to be sent internationally. And this is just one of the items that happened. Just an awful experience. Avoid it possible.
This office frequently closes at unofficial and unposted times, citing staffing constraints, and often doesn't come back after lunch or closes before the 1PM time. I can't count the number of times I've walked up to the door and seen customers holding letters and packages forced to turn away because the office is closed when it isn't supposed to be with no explanation or online transparency. It's a terrible place to have to depend on receiving letters and packages, and if you have a PO Box, be prepared to be unable to access that PO Box with no recourse for unknown amounts of time until they finally feel like allowing you in the building. Luck of the draw!
Worst experience ever, the lady evelyn yelling me. I also work for postal service. If they do not want this type of job, then quit find other Job. Do not make anybody’s day worst. I really trying to reach out their supervisor. Even i will complain union and postal headquarters if she act like agin like this.
