Yesterday, 5/21/2023, was my first time to use Highland Village Self Service Manual Car Wash. I’m not sure if the attending person was the owner, but this person was truly pleasant, helpful and made for a welcoming experience. The place was clean!!! A really great thing: the vacuums AND bays are set up so you can use your credit card for payment. No More Quarters!! I will continue to use and recommend to others!!
Awesome shop! Cheaper than others in the area and they offer more. They have plenty of room to handle traffic at all times of the day. I’ve been here over a dozen times and I’ve never had to wait. They offer everything you’ll need to wash your car, inside and out. I would highly recommend Highland Village Car!!
Traditional and laser wash. One or two big bays with extra sprayers for like work trucks. Nice brushes. Hit your ride with the hot, soapy power spray for $3 then roll through the autowash for a killer wash!!
Not much time for the money you're paying. I could not make it around all the wash settings on my car before my paid time ran up. However, the vacuum gives plenty of time for the paid money.
Fantastic that it used credit/debit cards. High-pressure hot water to clean and rained rinse. Best ever self car wash for me.
Finally upgraded all machines to card readers. Been going here forever. Always will long as it's standing. Good car wash!
Always open and everything is always working. It's gotten expensive the last few years fir the drive thru wash but its clean and usually not overly crowded and there are plenty of areas to do the interior cleaning that are very accessible and there are vending machines loaded with all the supplies you need and usually forget. Kind of a small thing but last time I was there I found over 15 different little tree scents I've never even seen available at the auto oarts store. I got leather scent and it is awesome touch to go along with your leather interior even it's fake.
Love being able to swipe my card for both the vacuum and car wash. No more having to get $20 in quarters. Everything worked well and my truck left feeling so fresh and so clean!

I have been a faithful customer of Highland Village car wash for 40 years. I have nothing against the car wash as far as the job it does or the vacuum cleaners but the problem I have is I was harassed by police one evening after washing and cleaning my vehicle so I really don't feel comfortable there anymore I only use your car wash when I absolutely have to and I do not recommend anyone to go there especially after dark. Sorry
