I won’t waste my time getting a car wash there again. This has been the second time for me and both times I felt like they did a poor job. They attempted to wipe down the dash and console, but left trails of crumbs and goop. Paid extra for the rubber floor mats to be cleaned and they look like they just sprayed them off. I could have got the same car wash on the outside at any drive thru car wash. It was a hurry job and it shows. Not happy!

Had my car washed and cleaned here and it came out with scratches on my mirror and trunk, took it back and the guy who handled it was a completely rude, told me it didn’t happen there and wouldn’t even try to correct the issue even though the scratches did not existing priorService: Auto detailing

A little disappointed. Purchased the top level package and nothing was cleaned on my dashboard area. One person wiping down the car did a great job. The others that started the wiping down suddenly walked off, not cleaning what I mentioned before.

I went there today. I have never used them before so I thought I would give them a shot. I did the service below the top one. It included vacuuming the interior of the car. I also requested them to do the cargo area of the car. Everything was fine except for the vacuuming. The interior looked just like it did when i got out of my car for them to do the service. The cargo area wasn't even touched. For the cost I would have expected that to be done since it was part of the service I paid for.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Saw a lot of negative reviews so I felt compelled to offer another perspective. I’ve been taking my F150 here since I bought it new in 2018. After four years I’ve never had a single problem with this car wash. And I baby my truck, so trust me I watch carefully. Not a scratch. And no brush marks. I can’t explain why as this is not a touch-less wash. It just doesn’t leave marks. The staff are friendly if you’re friendly to them. They offer a friendly greeting when I pull up and thank me when I leave. Surprisingly I see a lot of the same people there each time I go. This gig can’t pay a lot, and they can’t work when it rains so much or is so cold they have to close. They weathered the pandemic when there was almost no business at all. I have a lot of respect for this place and the people who work there and I’ll gladly continue to take my car here over the other washes in town.

These guys have been doing a full detail for us once a year for the 10+ years of this vehicles life and because of their quality work it still looks great!! I highly recommend them for all their services.Service: Auto detailing

Horrible. Used them before, but this time my car came out the other side with my freaking bumper hanging off and a reflector missing! I am 99% sure it went in without the damage, but of course I didn’t scan the outside of my car directly before or watch it go thru. When it came out the other side, everyone crowded around it because the damage was so severe. When I came outside, the manager showed me the damage but didn’t own it. I called back shortly after to ask about camera footage and the answer was that none of the angles show my driver rear part of my car. NONE of the angles show that part?! I just wanted to see if it went in damaged, if it did… that would prove they’re not at fault. Since they cannot prove otherwise, i am left to believe that the car was fine going in, damaged coming out. It’s crazy man… they didn’t even offer to refund the $26 car wash! Will never be using them again, and I’d recommend everyone else to stay clear as well unless you want your car damaged.

This is like the 5th time I took my car here and if I say I have to always get mad is an understatement. I always get the imperial wash and somehow none of the benefits except the actual wash itself. Door jams I have to ask them to redo mats never get washed seats never wiped down appropriately and there are like 6 people working on this car. I'm confused. Just go to normal. I never have to tell them anything

Hey it was a great day to get my car cleaned and they did a good jobs with it. The vacuum guys could do a little better but the car was cleaner and quick. Thank you.
