New to the area, I needed a place to wash my slipcovers, so I checked google. This was the closest laundromat to me that had decent reviews. I was shocked to find moldy machines, flies everywhere, and outdated machines. The children’s play area was disgusting, too. I would not recommend!!
I've been coming here since I moved here 7 years ago. It is very convenient for me since I live in the neighborhood. I love that you are open twenty-four, seven. I've read a lot about broken down machines and all I can say if you were worked as much as these machines are you would break down once in awhile. On the cleanliness issue here's a thought, why not be a responsible person and clean up after yourself. If you drop something clean it up, throw your trash away instead of leaving it sit on the tables for someone else to clean. Don't leave food and drinks laying around and for Pete's sake please learn how to use a public restroom properly. Thank you Courtesy Cleaners for being here and doing your best to keep things going.
The bar for laundromats couln't be lower. I fully expect it to be dingy, smelly and, unkempt. But there were dozens of german cockroaches out in the light. Babies and juveniles too. I never leave reviews, positive or negative, but this was just above and beyond bad enough to make me leave one, hopefully to save other people from an infestation. Never ever set foot in here. There's actually an adult and several babies in the picture if you look closely.
For the first time I am living in a place that doesn't have laundry options. I had heard horror stories about laundromats. This one doesn't fit that stereotype at all. I have been there 5 times so far and I've never had a negative experience.
Clean environment, great washers and dryers. Also the coin machine takes up to 20$ bills! A very nice convenient place to do laundry.
Charged me 300 for 6 pant 4 shirts and 3 hooded sweatshirts then couldn’t accept my card due to using a iPad and card reader for payment. So I’m sitting here for 39 mins trying to pick up some over priced dry cleaning I’m very upset do not come here for dry clean if you do bring a lot of cash
3 change machines and all were out of order. Bathroom and places just dirty.
Update 6/15/2021 I have come back several times, I will say it looks much better and new machines are finally here. It's nice to see them all working and the place full of valued customers. Thanks for your effort in keeping your customers happy and coming back! Looking forward to seeing what you have planned for your future updates! 01/21 Everytime we come here the washer and dryer are broken. I counted over 15 broken washer. I guess soon there will be none! Don't go on a Saturday it's over packed.
Although some of the machines are not working, there are plenty that do! Our clothes get clean, which is all that matters to me! Many larger washers for comforters etc. The people that come here are friendly, and I think it’s very nice that the man that works there feeds the cats! He’s a pretty nice guy to talk to also! Many laundromat’s are in rough areas, and I feel safe at this one! I have never, ever seen the place filthy, nor have I EVER seen a cockroach! We will continue going here until our home is done being remodeled.
I was not pleased with this laundry mat. First I get to and one of the change machines was down, there was a sign to ask the desk now there was another change machine however I stood at the desk waiting for someone for problems I had and rang the bell 3 times and called the phone number it rang for about a minute no awnser, there was a guy staring at me mind you. After 5 minutes walked back to laundry i did have going. I put in the dryer one dryer shorted me big time on drying so again I call the store no awnser. I went to my truck to wait and the same guy stairing at me was in behind the desk on the phone went to work on the tv stayed on the phone. Seriously he was the worker and couldn't even come up when I was up there. This place was packed yet no help. Isn't that the reason signs are posted to talk to desk person or that it's actually a place workers are at while you are. Never again. My clothes that actually went correct time were soaking wet after thirty minutes and the ones shorted half the time to 16 minutes were dry. Waste of time and money.
