Burnt multiple clothing a pants was completely torn sweater permanently burn marks. almost all of the machines don’t work those that do turn and don’t heat up in are case we had the one that just turned I had to throw away clothing.Because of this happening some that don’t work do not even have a out of order tag which makes it so what ever coins you put in there are a waste.

Most of the equipment was broken. The remaining was dirty and/or malfunctioned. The dryers do not dry. Ninety minutes and the clothes were not even warm. No workers on duty and sketchy people kept wondering in. The place was run down and dirty. Will not ever come back.

Came here to get my clothes "CLEAN" think I'll go across town and wash them again even though I've already wasted $20 here. I want my money back this is ridiculous. Filthy not to mention only 3 out of 14 of the triple loaders and 8 dryers work . And then I see this........

I am completely shocked the way this place looked when I came in tonight. I came in very late and saw a couple people which gave me a little hope. I was so wrong. Almost every washer is out of order, dryers as well. A few even completely busted. Water flooded from one half of the place to the other. Clothes all over the floor and ontop of the machines. Also, the washers stink to high heaven. It was a disaster. And the coin dispenser was out of order. I'll just wait till morning and find a better, cleaner facility.

Doors were missing from the machines. There was duct tape on other machines. And a huge pool of water on the floor. I asked the manager about it and she acted like it was all normal and totally fine.

21 dryers, 14 out of order... washers a lot of, Only 8 out of order. Please get these fixed then you can get more customers

what a horrible place. there are cockroaches crawling on floor. machines just stop working in middle of load. theft of money cause of broken washers

This place has really gone downhill. Half the dryers are out of order and half of the ones without an out of order sign won't accept your money. Your quarter just stays there and no matter what you do, it won't accept it. Lately, the washing machine coin slots get jammed easily too. Ive gotten halfway through putting 12 quarters in small washers just to have it jam after 7 or 8 and there's no coin return so you just lose your money. It's gotten worse and worse over last 2 years. DO NOT GO HERE!! Its a total rip off. They don't maintain or repair anything. You're better off going to White River with a washboard. Absolute joke of a Laundromat!

Im giving 3 stars because I was able to accomplish what I went the for. Wash Landry. But it wasn't anything spectacular. A lot of machines were broken. One of the ceiling tiles is losing its fight with gravity. The first washing machine I put money into, well the latch was broken so obviously it wouldn't work unless I held the door shut for the 30 minute wash time. An out of order sign would have saved me $3.00. The machine next to it had a sign on it. Then the first dryer I tried using also didn't work. I did find a couple dryers that worked but they took about 45 minutes to dry my clothes. Luckily for me, I don't usually have to use a laundromat. I sat there wondering if therw just isn't any money in laundry mat business? Because if there was seem the owners would want there place to nice so customers would want to come back.

I don’t understand why there isn’t water in my machine when I paid extra for a bigger load. I don’t think my clothes are getting cleaned this way and I feel ripped off. Not worth the price when there isn’t even water ... the main thing that washes the clothes .. also the floor is very dirty when I come in, but I usually come at night. I only come here because I’m able to walk here, but they really need to fix the water situation because you can’t wash clothes with out water.
