Always super amazing!!! I didn’t know I loved shrimp and grits until I had theirs. I’ve been fortunate to have ForkDive service their talents at my birthday dinner and two family Thanksgivings; both of which never disappointed. Chef Rico is such a dope guy who excels at curating experiences, and not just preparing food. Highly recommend.
I have had the opportunity to attend several events that were catered by ForkDive LLC. Head Chef Rico is extremely passionate about curating unique experiences centered around food. It is a joy to see someone truly operate in their authentic talent. His passion is tasted in every sweet & savory bite! The entire team operates as a cohesive unit. They are reliable & consistent-always providing top notch service. They are competitively priced & definitely the best value for your money. If you haven’t had the opportunity to try his culinary creations, you are truly missing out!
Excitement and anticipation is something that is rare these days but that's what I feel when I'm about to be treated to a meal cooked by Chef Rico. Having first experienced his cuisine at The House of Merigold, I was thrilled to learn of his personal company and had to be in the queue to try. Chef Rico’s menu combinations are always enticing and his presentation is exceptional. The most recent memorable meal included a mouthwateringly delicious and moist soul food egg rolls, which I enjoy but I often avoid ordering as so often the chef hasn't got it right and is too dry. No challenge for Chef Rico however and I am already planning my next experience with friends to sample his new specialties!
ForkDive is a small local company that has a big impact on the community. The food is absolutely amazing. Chef Rico offers a diverse blend of cuisines that will have your taste buds exploring new horizons of flavor in food. Also Chef Rico's vernacular is top tier when building raport with clients. Along with Chef Jay and Chef Chris, his team is solid. His company is highly recommended for all catering needs.

Amazing chef and Team, I booked him for a company event for Black History Month and Leadership Development Graduation. The food was delicious- greens, bake chicken, sweet potatoes, green beans, all seasoned perfectly! Rave reviews from the 40 people that was apart of the event.
Rico and his team are so professional. When I called at the last minute for a quote for my father's repass in January, Rico returned my call immediately and provided a quote for the food. We decided to go with his proposal and so glad we did. He is such s caring person. He checked on me everyday until the day of my father's homegoing celebration. He and his team arrived on time and everything was set when we arrived for the repass. He took care of everything and made that day bearable for me, my siblings and my huge family. The food was fantastic along with the service. Excited that he will be preparing Easter dinner for us!!!!
