Grocery deliver by this walmart is TERRIBLE! apparently they came to my address to deliver my groceries since I have covid and couldnt go get them myself. I paid extra to have them delivered in 2 hours or less and they said my items were being returned to the store I called to see why and they don't answer the phone. I had to call the deli department to get through and am currently on hold 32 minutes and counting waiting to speak to someone
Like a regular size grocery but the prices of the bigger store. Less overwelming sensory experience and a few more items. Well stocked includes a pharmacy. I only wish it were closer and they stocked "fresh-pet: food logs for Dogs and Cats.
Very large neighborhood market than what im used to. They use their space wisely and have a wide option of items when shopping. Pick up orders available.
I had a very bad experience with the staff at Walmart today. I am a handicapped veteran that shops at this store All the time and today I asked 2 separate employees for help getting an item from the top shelf and they told me to find someone else to help me because they were on a lunch break. I called back later to speak to the manager and was told by her that it's store policy not to work off the clock. Well,we have to ring up our own groceries now so, looks like customer service is a thing of the past. Walmart needs to understand that they are not the only game in town. Interactions with other people is important and Wally world is dropping the ball in this department.
Pharmacy is so great.. I needed a new devices and the tech got on the phone to talk with my insurance support . And got the devices I needed and pushed a PA through to get them. Took a little bit but she went above and beyond.
Excessively disappointing. How is it possible not to find the bread I was looking for. I was tempted to buy Hawaiian bread and the bags were WET!!! And no associate at the Customer Service counter. Had to stop by Kroger to get the bread....I wonder if I'm being too picky?!
Walmart store.. smelled little old.. produce looked good tho.. lots people lots items
Parking lot it's completely chewed up with potholes. Store after redesign doesn't even allow for two carts to pass side by side in the aisle. Which means the store is now laid out in a one way direction. Oh and if you want to get laundry detergent you have to get a store associate because it's locked up. And you can only imagine how long that takes.
Well, some may like the changes, but I do not. I had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2020, and a mini stroke last week I was out of milk and had to get some. I live alone and there's no one to shop for me. They only have U-scan lines and I had to try and remember how to use them. This is not fair to loyal customers of forty years. When the bottom line is more important than people. I plan to give my patronage to another store... where they have people to assist if needed, and people matter more than profits!!!!
I haven't shopped here in years. I came for a specific item & I will never shop Kroger again. I saved at least 10.00 from the items I regularly purchase.
