In 2008, CLP–Hill District opened the city’s first newly-constructed library in 28 years on Centre Avenue. This library is also home to a small archive of neighborhood-focused newspaper articles, photographs and other historical items. The space features 26 public computers and two on-site meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of 1-25 people. There is an exterior drop for after hours returns.
Me and my grandchildren love this place. Nice space and lots of activities
Came here 2 since I move from La,California. Have family in the area so I study my law here when I'm in the area. My experience was great overall. Just the biracial lady with glasses is always so rude how she speaks when I come n go. I never understood but I just igroned her. Very clean bathrooms and quiet areas to study. Wonderful security service!

The staff here are wonderful! I love the Hill District Library. They always have nice displays my family likes and friendly staff.
Great library, much needed in this community! Problem is they don't open late, and they need to offer more programs and assistance to young and older adults. They tend to focus on the children
Very good they're very helpful nice kind considerate I will go there anytime
My children enjoy their visits here and look forward to the activities.
