I do not have enough words to express how truly grateful my family and I are for the wonderful staff Lyssette Quintana, Sergio Vasquez, Jim Duval and Bianca. They made this process of laying our daddy Alex Adona to rest easier. From the first call to the last contact was amazing. So professional and accommodating to our many changes and questions. The service was so beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be contacting Hillcrest to plan out our prearrangement needs. Thank you so much Hillcrest!
Daniel Patrick is a man of Greatness and his Sincerity and Professionalism as a Director was Phenomenal and the Best I have Ever Seen! From the Beginning to the End of the process of Laying my Grandfather to Rest was a Level 10 from Daniel! My family truly believes that the Beautiful Service that we had was all because of Daniel’s Efforts!! A shout out to Silver as well for helping us with the Grave site arrangements! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to this fine team.
My daughter passed away tragically in October.. Daniel Patrick literally walked with me each step, he made sure everything that could be done was done for her.. During this time I needed that extra help and staff there was extremely helpful. I believe he assisted above and beyond for me and my family.. He didn’t pressure us in having services there when I explained she hated cemeteries as she would say “that’s where dead people live”. Thank you for getting my baby home as quickly as humanly possible.
During the planning and arrangements of my father’s funeral, the staff were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The funeral services were beautiful and well organized, everything after that has been a nightmare. First, months after the funeral we did not receive the pendant we were promised with my father’s fingerprint. When I reached out, I was told that I had not selected a quote for the back of the pendant; how could I if I was never told nor sent a form to fill out? We paid for everything upfront in July 2021. We have been back and forth about the grave marker and my father’s plot remains empty. Excuse after excuse is given, they dodge your calls, and they make you feel like it’s your fault things are not getting done. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this place. No, I will not be recommending it to the rest of my fam who has not already bought their plot there! It’s going to take this review to get a response.
Hillcrest Memorial was very professional and helpful in helping us with my grandmother’s funeral. They answered all our questions and helped us with her graveside service. Thank you for helping with all the arrangements and making everything run smoothly. We truly appreciate your help in this difficult time.
Words can’t express how grateful we are for the amazing team at Hillcrest memorial. Definitely recommend for a loved one, very beautiful and clean cemetery. The team is very good and there for your every needs. Definitely recommend Jose Arias & Jesse. Both very helpful always following up to make sure everything is good. 10/10
I Have several generations here unfortunately I am Extremely!!!!!!!! disappointed in the services they offered and my aunt paid for. Nothing worked I mean NOTHING !!!! we had NO music! NO songs! NO pictures slide show! the microphone didn't even work. NOONE COULD HEAR THE LITTLE BIT SAID. my grandmother obituary was not read nothing was said he offered a quite moment because that's all the had to offer. ON TOP OF THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION OF STAFF. THE DIFFICULTY OF WORKING WITH THEM. I MYSELF STOOD UP AND GAVE AN APOLOGY ON BEHALF OF HILL CREST FOR THIER LACK OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES PAID FOR ! my family in my Aunts honor that she actually did plan a funeral but this place could not preform. Even at the grave side. I did the job of taking the flowers off the stands because the guy forgot his wire clippers. If I could give less than a one star I would.
It seems reviewing a cemetery is slightly off pudding for some but this truly is a memorial park at it's finest! Most of family is here and the experience although difficult was amazing! The staff are very compassionate and understanding. The grounds are breathtaking and always well taken care of! To make a long story short my grams passed away and wanted to be cremated but worried that I wouldn't have a place to go to 'visit' her so she opted for a small in wall plot next to a waterfall so it would be georgous and she successfully did just that. I do not feel odd or uncomfortable going here to just sit pray or cry!
Everyone I was involved with at Hillcrest Memorial Park was very understanding and cordial. Jesse and the lady were very professional and supportive during a very hard time.
Great Overall Service, Staff was helpful, professional and very attending of our needs. The amazing service the personnel who transported my mom from home to the funeral home did an amazing job. A gentleman named Angel, a lady, and another gentleman came early in the morning to take my mother after her passing. However, we asked if they could come back later because we were waiting for a relative my brotherto say his goodbyes to my mom. They kindly agreed and came back later. They changed their schedule just to meet our request. That meant a lot for us. My brother was able to see my mother one last time since he wasn't going to be able to come for the funeral. This was very important for him. Lyssette went above and beyond to set up a beautiful service for us. The service was exactly how we had asked her. Ismael was very helpful and professional, and the staff at the visitation and the burial site were constantly available and present to help. Thank you Hillcrest Memorial for your care and amazing services.
