I used to come here every week because the business was well run and had a lot attendant who was able to make change for the self-serve bays or deal with any issues that may arise. But it looks like things are different now. I was in a rush so elected to use the drive-thru touchless wash. Unfortunately, my experience was a poor one. The first issue was encountered at the pay station, where I discovered that there was no way to select a regular wash for some reason. The machine would only let you select one of the three more expensive choices. It would have been nice to know this before driving down the lane as there is no way to back up and you are committed to enter the wash at this point. A sign or notice or an alteration to the giant menu board that trumpets the availability of the regular wash would have been nice, and would prevent patrons from leaving the premises feeling ripped off. While in the wash itself, it appeared that the system was lacking soap, as just a dribble fell on the car instead of the foamy coating I have experienced in the past. It also appeared that the air dryer was completely ineffective as the car was soaked upon exit, despite the fact that I drove through that section as slowly as possible. With no attendant in the booth or on the lot I had to make do, and found the need to hand wash and dry the vehicle. It's sad that this business seems to no longer care about a market it basically has to itself.
Has really gone downhill. They're machines are broken down & only partially working yet you're paying full price for the service? They have signs taped all over everything because of the non operational mechanics. The drive through only soaped one side of the vehicle and didnt even go to the back?! Lower your prices or close it down til it's fixed! The attendant there noticed that we were looking the truck over and at least offered to pay for us to finish the wash in the bay!
Automatic touchless wash did a good job on a fairly clean vehicle but left a few spots that were the reason I went in the first place. Good value for money vs other local big name car washes.
Not what it used to be. I gather it changed owners as it used to be hospital clean and impeccably maintained. Downright grubby now. Referring to manual wash, hoses often leak at couplings, chemicals often empty, ie, soap, wax, rainX just water. With 3 every day cars and 4 collectors in the family, I was a big supporter. Back to the driveway, bucket and hose for now... Will keep an eye on reviews. If things improve, I'll give 'em another try and possibly upgrade stars.
The touchless carwash was not flawless, it left the back of my Tesla dirty and parts of the sides were not done, but I spoke with the attendant and she was kind to let me use the manual soap and rinse until the car was washed well. I appreciated the fact that they were willing to make it right.
Went through the automatic car wash and paid the 14 dollars. Carwash sprayed the first round of pre rinse and that's it. I had to drive out with residue on my car and they refused to give my money back. They allowed me a free rinse job which did not even get the residue off.
Tarrible place. Pressure washer for tires not working, there wasn't to much soap in the sprayers.. some were empty..there was a loose hose that was spraying blue soap solution only one side of the car. After i paid 14$ deluxe wash the car was still dirty.I dont know how they are still in business.
I will make the trip from Abbotsford to Mission for this car wash. For about $10 I can get a decent wand wash exterior in and floor mats. Never really too busy so I can get in right away.
Did a touch less wash late night on December 18. The car was still dirty when we left the car wash, the machine seemed it was out of soap. Very disappointed, paid for a premium wash.
Saturday February 12th, 2022. 7:50am. No soap in the foam brushes again! Paid $12 dollars for no soap. If open 24hrs shouldn’t these machines all be dialed in before heading home for the night.
