My wife and I are purchasing now for our second overseas pick up in Gothenburg Sweden, a wonderful way to see Sweden. The staff at King Volvo have been very efficient at assisting us in selecting a new vehicle. Because of the time of year we were ordering, we moved into the 2018 line, and the price seemed very fair. It was easy to customize. Alex kept in touch throughout and worked hard to understand our plans in both the travel times and our wishes for a car. And once we selected the car, the Volvo travel plans were so easy to manage. A great experience. Thanks Alex.
WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE! With out a doubt, the customer service i received at King Volvo in Bellingham this week was some of the best i have ever received. My situation at hand was a stressful one as my car was broken down and i had been told by another mechanics shop here in Whatcom County that my motor "was shot". I was looking at multiple thousands of dollars of repair work and, thus the stress at hand. The problem turned out to be a part valued at $69.93, the repair was made and i had my car back in just over 48 hours. King Volvo's service department was nothing less than FANTASTIC! Their treatment of me and my vehicle was nearly overwhelming and to say i am grateful is an incredible understatement. Honesty and integrity are just 2 words that come to mind when thinking of King Volvo's service department and the very positive experience i had there this week. As if fixing my car weren't enough, they even washed it when they were done. Yes i would recommend them and yes i will share this experience, great customer service is a dying art but King Volvo hasn't lost sight of it at all. Great job to all involved at this exceptional service department.
I had an issue with an outside tire maintenance shop that does not need to be named where they accidentally broke a lock nut on my wheel and stripped the key, making me unable to remove the lock nuts myself. I spent a pretty penny removing the front two lock nuts at my mechanic, but I came down to King Volvo a few days ago to get a replacement key for the back two locks. The staff was friendly and very helpful in dealing with my issue, and stood out with me in the rain testing all of their different shop keys to see which one fit. After finding it, they took my car into the back and removed the locks for me. I am extremely grateful for their assistance and will surely return to King Volvo whenever I have an issue they can help me with.
I have been in the market for a used XC90 2016 or 2017 for months now, and have been actively looking for the right car. I have visited every Volvo dealer from Tacoma to Bellingham. Jarrett and King Volvo were the ones to finally get my business. They made the entire process easy, fun and exciting. I received an amazing deal and great value on my Volvo trade in. Jarrett was the MOST informed person about the features of Volvo, I didn’t think I had much to learn after test driving so many but he proved me wrong! I considered myself a very informed buyer and their asking price was, by far, the most reasonable for the car I purchased. You can tell they want to take the annoying games out of buying a car. I can’t recommend enough. Jarrett is like a unicorn of the car sales business. Thank you guys for making this the best car buying experience ever! I love my new car :
Few things are more stressful for me than buying a car. I doubt I am alone in this. However, King Volvo made the experience as smooth and simple as possible. Jason worked with me for several weeks to find my perfect car and iron out a fantastic deal. He, as well as the rest of the staff, are incredibly professional and friendly. When I finally went in to sign the papers, I felt relieved having worked out the deal ahead of time and knowing exactly what I was getting into. Because King Volvo let me take my time, I never once felt pressured into making a quick decision. While taking over a month to buy a car may not be ideal for everyone, it highlights King Volvo’s flexibility and how they were willing to put in extra work to get me exactly what I needed. I highly recommend the King Volvo team if you’re looking for a stress-free car purchase!
I have always shied away from using a dealer after the vehicle warranty runs, due to previous experiences. Just the opposite with King Volvo. Dustin is always great to deal with; the dealership is prompt in servicing my car, returns it to me washed and vacuumed, and is very detailed in the paperwork. They keep me informed of the status of major systems and never try to push me into work I don't need.
Simply Amazing! Great customer service still exists!!!! Gary and the office ladies were very helpful. My wife and I bought a Volvo XC90 down in Seattle, the car had major problems A week after purchase. We took the car to king Volvo and they went out of their way to help repair the car. My wife and i will be customers for life!!!!!
The Volvo side of the Dealership is very nice! I had a excellent experience servicing my Volvo there and the repair service answered all questions I had. Must say, I've been to quite a few places to service my caR and this one was top notch! Detail and all, very fair prices OEM parts are MSRP and a helpful staff! Got to take out the 2014 S60 and I am impressed. If you're looking for a luxury sport saloon, you got to check it out!
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership from Eugene. I had a mechanic test drive the vehicle nearly a month before purchasing and bought it by only viewing pictures and the advice of my mechanic. I knew the AC didn't work prior to purchasing it and I knew they didn't know I had a mechanic test drive it. When speaking to Andy/Jarett I was told they do a 131 point inspection on the vehicle. I was emailed this and told over the phone there were no issues found with their "inspection", should have followed my gut here, I already knew there was a problem, the AC. A week after driving the truck, I notice the smell of fuel, gas tank leaks. They sent me and my wife on a 8hr drive with a leaking gas tank. I don't think I need to explain the danger of that. The differential was leaking oil as well. The AC was broken due to a rusted AC line. The check engine light came on for a issue with the fuel system. And both U-Joints started squealing. I emailed them my concerns, my biggest being the leaking fuel tank, I didn't expect a perfect used vehicle. I also didn't expect them to clean off the leaking fuel and oil prior to anyone seeing the vehicle, both myself and a mechanic were fooled. They also suggested multiple times the vehicle had been checked and no issues were found. This on a 2008 Ford Ranger with 79K miles. This dealership is struggling and as one business owner to the next your reputation and customer satisfaction should be your highest priority. Using deceptive practices only works short term. I received a single response that my concerns would be brought to their sales manager and never heard a word back after 3 weeks. Oh and I almost forgot, it took them nearly 2 weeks to send me the title for the vehicle and I could not register it or legally drive it as the dealer temporary plate expired 4 days after purchase. Now I have fixed the U joints, differential seal and fuel leak. Less than $200 in parts but a few days of my time, you would think a dealership would fix these issues prior to selling a vehicle. This place hide them and patched them up, if I wasn't mechanically inclined I would have spent over $1000.... Do not trust this dealership.
A decent small dealership with pretty nice vehicles and staff, but they want you to believe that the high sticker/MSRP asking prices are because of the service they provide. If you are not looking for a good deal and willing to pay full pop on a car or truck then they are decent to work with. If you don't want to be upside down after they add on tax and license then you may want to look elsewhere. I wanted to buy local but I had to go south to get the deal that made sense financially.
