Hillside Storage was a great company to work with! They are very nice and are willing to make your storage unit lease fit your needs. They even honored the price I paid for my unit last year when I renewed my contract for this summer, which was fantastic! Their storage units are very well secured and I know that my things will be kept safe when I leave them there.
Hillside Storage was amazing! I did a lot of research around town and they were definitely the best! Best price, nicest management team to work with. Whenever we had any concerns they were always very accommodating and helpful. If we are ever in the area again and need another storage unit, we will definitely be returning to Hillside in Provo!
Hillsdale storage has been all around a great experience so far. Customer service is awesome! They also have a free truck rental for moving your storage in or out. The price is also very competitive and the units are not bad!
We have been renting a storage unit from hillside storage for a little over a year now and the service is amazing! They have been very helpful and kind. My mother rented us this storage for us in our names while we were out of town and we lost our key. Thankfully the owner was able to open our storage for us and was very nice about it!! Plus they are very neat and organized! I highly recommend this place if you are looking to rent a storage unit! It’s the best!
We used Hillside Storage for 6 months in between moves and had such an awesome experience. They worked with us when we didn't let them know we'd be moving out 30 days in advance and we were so grateful! We sprung it on them and they were very understanding. We would highly recommend using these storage units!
Hillside Storage was the best solution for me when at the last minute I needed a storage unit! They were very accommodating and let us use a moving truck! Access to our unit was easy and convenient. I have had people I know use this storage facility and they have had a great experience also. I would definitely use them again and refer others. Thanks so much!
The management has been very professional and great to work with. My unit was clean and the price was great. Being able to use their onsite truck was very convenient and saved me time. I would rent from them again if I need a storage unit in the future.
Good condition storage units, all sizes, secure location. Staff is always warm and welcoming. Excellent to work with, great service. Even when their roof was getting replaced and the computers were down, they still made a way to work with my tight schedule. Definitely recommend. Update: 2 years in and the management have been awesome. Very understanding, PATIENT, and always looking out for your best interests. Security is a high priority here for sure. Access to the storage unit is strictly restricted to only whom YOU decide. Very happy and grateful.
I've been renting with Hillside Storage for only a month, but so far I've had a good experience with them. They were great about helping me get my stuff moved in. I was able to use their moving truck for free. Even when I returned the truck after the office was closed, they responded quickly to my call and opened the office to help me. Any issues I have, they are quick to handle it. The only downside I have found so far is that there is no way to pay online. They offer monthly auto withdrawals, but I choose not to use that option for personal reasons. I brought it to their attention and they are looking into it.
Have had a unit here for a few months, and it could not have been better or easier. Christian was super helpful and easy to work with, happy to answer questions and made signing up easy. Their prices are great and competitive. The landscaping around the units was top notch yeah this is trivial, but it’s also not nothing. My unit was clean, easily accessible, and well protected. Would definitely use again without hesitation. Also as a bonus, they have a box truck you can use while moving in!
