Not my actual name but we’ve spent about 45 to 50 grand with this store over 10 years and we’ve gotten four orders correct. If their tools were not amazing we wouldn’t buy from them almost never get anything correct literally everything we buy we have to have something shipped to us because they forget it. Today we paid for a machine that was supposed to be new got it to our job open the box and they gave us a demo unit that they charged full price for and forgot parts. This is par for the course for this store

Staff are very helpful and friendly. If they don't have what you need they work every avenue to get you it in a timely matter.

Employees are always helpful & polite...that alone makes the trip worth every mile.
