"In 1988, the Aaron family opened the doors of a 6000 sq. foot Woodstock Outlet known for having great deals on odds and ends and scratch and dent furniture. But, what customers enjoyed most was the friendly, down to earth atmosphere – still present today.The family owned business grew, and in 2001, moved into their 100,000 square foot building in Acworth, GA. In 2005, a second location was opened in Hiram and in 2011 a new venture, Woodstock Mattress Outlet, was opened in Canton. In 2017, we opened our third Woodstock Furniture & Mattress Outlet showroom...in Rome! Since then, we have opened a few more Mattress Outlets; Buckhead, Kennesaw, and our latest one in Douglasville."

My overall experience was pleasant and stress free. I had a professional and personable salesman, Percy Zachary. He knew his product very well, was non influential and allowed me ample time to ponder over my choices. Answered all questions clearly and concisely. The delivery guys were timely, polite and respectful. My only reason for going with a 4 star rating was the fact that they speedily left before I had a few minutes to decide if I was satisfied with the assembly of the adjustable base. In retrospect I wish all 4 pegs were used. I’m a senior and not able to correct this concern. I may reach out to the store after I’ve had a little more time to be certain of my purchase. Will return to Woodstock Outlet for future furniture needs.
Lamar was an absolute gem. Very helpful and not pushy at all. I think we visited the store about 3 times before actually purchasing our furniture and each time he was very helpful in helping us make a decision. This is our second purchase from this location the first time we worked with Percy to purchase our daughter’s beds and he was wonderful as well. The entire staff is super sweet and very helpful. You can’t go wrong
I love my new couch from Woodstock furniture! Lamar is always so helpful and efficient when we come to buy furniture. We’ve been using them for years because of how knowledgeable and personable they are. The whole process was easy. I Ordered the couch Saturday and it arrived Wednesday when they said it would and the delivery crew was prompt and swift! All around great experience! I would recommend every person I know to use them.
Service is good when they are getting your money but when they give the wrong items to the delivery guys and I called back the Hiram store and spoke to my sales rep he asked me “What do you want me to do about it.” I can’t do anything about it. Lamar did not even give me direction. Very good to know when I am making my next purchase the friendliness is not genuine it is about their commission. Missing credenza base and the credenza has water stains
Eugenio was my sales rep and he was great to work with. He provided a great balance of helpfulness and space during our shopping experience. We found the bed we were looking for and he was a great help in choosing. While there we also bought some living room furniture we hadn’t planned on. Great experience working with Eugenio and great selection at Woodstock Furniture.
Woodstock has some very nice quality furniture. But it’s the sales person that keeps me coming back. Lamar Copeland is such a pleasure to work with. He listens to your needs and knows his business. I had furniture delivered and he cared enough to call and follow up to ensure I was satisfied and all went well. I will definitely be back to Woodstock and look specifically for him. Thanks Lamar.
Awesome first class customer service. I found everything I wanted and within budget. My sales representative was very polite and knowledgeable and efficient. Not pushy but available to answer any questions i had. Very quick to complete my purchase and assisted me with a custom chair special order. In all of my previous purchases at other places I can truly say this experience was the most satisfying and rewarding. Najah is truly an asset to the company and I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase furniture. She is a perfect example of first class service
I have shopped at Woodstock Furniture in Dallas for years! The quality has always been great and delivery is on time! I've been fortunate to always have Brian Schrotter help me with all my purchases! He goes above and beyond measuring and listening to every need and concern! He will be missed in Dallas but I'm sure he'll be appreciated in Acworth! Woodstock Furniture and their employees are awesome!! Pictured below is my latest purchase!
I bought a marked down piece of patio furniture here and thought the price was too good to be true. I was helped by Lamar and he went above and beyond to help make my experience as smooth as possible. He even took his own personal vehicle to help deliver my furniture because it could not fit in my car. Highly recommend this place due to its great prices and excellent customer service.
