Okay - I love this place!! I went by at 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet and no one else was there - and their offerings were limited - just a few of different options available. I tried their Soufflé cheesecake - it was amazing!! This is my first time trying it and I’m a convert! It was delicious!! I am not a fan of the traditional cheesecakes as they’re too sweet for my taste. However these were perfect!! Just the right balance of sweet and smooth without being cloying or heavy!! Anyway, my point being - try their soufflé cheesecake - it is really yummy! I also tried the iced Hojicha Latte with Oat milk - again, I was blown away - I really loved the beverage! It was cool and soothing on a hot day and paired really well with the cheesecake!
Family owned Japanese cafe. Cheesecakes are good. Flavors are good but slices were a bit too soft when you take them out of the plastic holder and can fall easily when slicing.
Be sure to place an order because the cakes sell out fast. This Japanese style cakes are delicate, fluffy and not too sweet. Will be back again to try other flavors. Also, they have reserved parking for Hiroki.
Great Japanese Bakery. It is next door to my physical therapist. So dangerous….. I tried probably half of cake selections that they offer so far. My favorites are chestnuts cake, Almond cake and basque cake. I am not a cheese cake person, so I can’t speak about it much. There are some indoor and outdoor seating. They also offer drinks like coffee and teas. Dedicated parking space available.
I ordered the honey mango cheesecake and green tea tiramisu. Wow. Delicious. Will definitely come back and try some other flavors
3.5 with no rounding. I am crying the coffee are way beyond my comfort zone. Literally like … I can’t. The cakes are good tho but won’t be crazy good, just something normal that you can expect… I came with high expectations tho…
Oh my gosh the cakes are heavenly! I ordered three different cake slices and each one was so good. I had three servings of coffee in one day to have an excuse to eat the cakes I like my coffee with cake . The cakes are beautiful to look at and scrumptious to eat. They make perfect gifts for friends and family order four different slices and tie on a nice ribbon over the white carrying box = perfect gift, and awesome treat to yourself after a 4 mile walk around Greenlake Ample parking available if you decide to skip the exercise and head straight to rewarding yourself. Seating indoors is currently unavailable but you might get luck and be able to snag one of the two bistro tables set up outside. Highly recommended!
We have no words for these master desserts!! Recommended by the lovely gentleman at the counter, we selected the Mango Honey, and Matcha cheesecakes. WOW!! Lite and airy and sooo lovely on the palate. We just moved into the neighborhood, and this will be a regular spot for us. Thank you Guys!
I buy my cakes from here for special occasions and they are always perfect! Their tiramisu is amazing and I’ve tried a LOT of tiramisus! Recently I ordered a cake for a baby shower. Everybody loved it. It’s on the pricier side for cakes I would say but worth it. I ordered the day before and they had it ready to go the next morning without issue. It seems that a lot of bakeries in Seattle need weeks notice which is crazy. What I love about Asian bakeries in general is that it’s never too sweet and much lighter than other cakes. I love this spot and can’t say enough good things about it!
We came around 2 pm on a Sunday, and there was parking for Hiroki customers in a lot next door! We were interested in the souffle cheesecake, and thankfully, there was one slice left when we got to order. We waited around 15 minutes until we could order. We also ordered a slice of the Gateau Basque. We enjoyed both cakes and would come again!
