Friendly staff, excellent service, lots of inventory. I'd buy from them again.
BE AWARE!!!!! I called the cave city location to rent an excavator. The one I wanted was broke, so I had them send a different one. The one the sent was way too small so I had them come and take it back called within 2 hours and told them I’d wait for the “parts to come in and the repair to be done”. That took TWO WEEKS!! I might have gotten two phone calls during that time, telling me they were working on it, and no progress. The rest of the time I had to call to check. They finally get the excavator up and running, and drive it out to me. This one lasted 1 1/2 hours AND IT BROKE DOWN!!! They came and picked it up by the next morning and when I called to see what was going on, I was told “we are waiting for parts again”. No idea when it would be ready. When I told the rep to let me know the next day because I was already three weeks behind on building my house, he mentioned that he might be able to get one from another location if his supervisor would approve it. Said they would call the next day around 10-11 o’clock. At 3 pm the next day I still hadn’t received a call so I called them. The manager called me back and told me that after all my wasted time, my options were a refund of less than I paid, or wait an unspecified amount of time for more parts and repairs. I asked if they could send me one from a different location bowing green and was told that’s too expensive. If I want to PAY MORE I could do that. I took the refund of LESS THAN I PAID. Their customer service is lacking at best and they obviously do not care about customers, repeat business or what a 3 week delay does to a building schedule. I would not recommend this company to anyone.! Do yourself a favor and call someone else!!!
I received excellent help at this location when I visited them. I had been looking for a Kubota skid steer and luckily ran across this company online. I drove 5 hours from Alabama and when I got here everyone was very informative. I want to give a special thanks to my salesman John W., Secretary Sherri, and the mechanic Ryan you all made my experience there wonderful. You guys have customers for life, and I will be back.
I was in the market for an svl75HFC. Johnathan went above and beyond with insuring I was taken care of during this process. He asked many questions and answered double what he should have had to have done.The buying process was simple and easy to understand with no hidden fees or bait and switch. I will continue to stay in contact with this dealership. Thank you for being a great help!
Great staff, awesome mechanics... asked for a tune up and they even sharpened the blades on our Bad Boy Outlaw series mower!! Recently bought a Kubota tractor from them.... Great group of people!! Definitely recommend!!! Decided to purchase a new Kubota lawn tractorvery pleased and also am very pleased with their service and helpful staff!!
I sent mt tractor in for all fluids and filters required for the 600 hour service. On their own they replaced the hydraulic fluid-$300- and reduced my bill bt $65 to mak3 up for it. My engine oil is still black - not sure it was changed and it comes back with warning light on indicating need for engine oil service. I have asked 3 times for someone to get the warning light turned off and can't seem to get it done. Great tractor poor service
Terrible staff. Their sales person lied out of both sides of his mouth. I bought a tractor and the roof blew off when I was less than a mile from the dealer and they claimed there wasn't anything they could do about it. But we found a bunch of roof screws in the cab so they must have taken the roof off and never put it on properly. I also had a low tire and they wouldn't air it up because they claimed it would take to long to air up their tank. Extremely unhelpful all around. Don't ever buy a tractor there if you want good service..
Friendly people and they are very helpful
I brought my lawnmower in the local store in bowling green on 3/25/17 to get it serviced. I called several times and they kept telling no one had gotten to it yet. So I picked it up today because I need it and I'm sure some other business would be appreciative of my business and would be more progessive in trying keep a customer. How long does it take to service a lawnmower?
I originally went to another place to buy a mower but no one wanted to help me. I bought my Kubota zero turn here. Great sales people that answered all my questions and helped me pick the right mower.
