I drove from Nashville, TN to the storefront hoping to return my online order and redeem my e-gift card in store, but No… Please be warned… if something does not fit, you have to return online and can only use your e-gift card online. Apparently their online store and physical store isn’t synced up with the same system. Totally weird. I have been waiting a year and a half to visit this store in person and I was SO DISAPPOINTED! Everyone that I saw come in, just walked right out in minutes without purchasing anything. I guess I’m just going to use up my gift card online, eat the 2.5 hours I spent round trip to visit this store, and be done with Pink Lily. It’s sad because so many bloggers and influencers promote Pink Lily and Tori, but it’s the most unfriendly customer experience when clothes don’t fit or work out.
First off I want to say I really love the clothes from this store and everything I have ever purchased has been great quality. With that being said: just a heads up, the sizing varies from one thing to the next even if it supposed to be the same size. I ordered a medium in a pair of Jean shorts and a medium in a pair of short Jean overalls. The waistband on the overalls was significantly larger than the shorts and I have to return them. For reference I’m 5”4, 130lbs, 32” bust, average build.
This has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Measurements are off, charge return shipping, and literally give you zero solutions. Why would I want store credit when the sizing of items are this off? Insane. Also, Joan might as well replied I was SOL with the response she gave me. Don't bother attaching images to your emails they don't care.
Please be aware of their return policy!!! I purchased a dress, which was like a shirt on me, I created a return label and reached out to customer service to ask if the refund can go back on my card because I got an email with the return label saying I will get a egift card, to which they answered no, to add to that, they also charge $6 for shipping back the item, and then take that $ of the so called "e-gift card". It would be fair when purchasing to quote in big red letters, "Returns will result in e-gift cards", I don't know a single person who reads the "policies" page of a clothing store. Something to consider... Definitely never shopping here again.
I went into the store on Thursday and all of the workers were behind the counter sitting down in the floor/on their phones. They didn’t acknowledge anyone walking in the door. They were talking very loudly and inappropriate. I didn’t need to hear their personal business. Cute store, but customer service is awful. Won’t shop here again just for that reason. Spend your money at other boutiques.
I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased six dresses through Pink Lily. I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The dresses did not look anything like the pictures.
I originally ordered a pair of jeans in my usual size 26. They fit in the legs and around the waist but we’re uncomfortably tight in the hips, so I returned them and received the back store credit of $29.40 because it costs you $6.00 to return their items to them and they don’t believe in refunding you cash because they are aware of the poor quality of their products and wouldn’t survive without trapping people into spending money they are never going to see again. I then took my $29.40 credit and put it towards a matching lounge set that totaled $84.00. $84.00 + $6.95 shipping - $29.40 credit = $61.55 that I ended up paying total for the lounge set I ended up receiving the lounge set and it is completely see through. So I go to the return portal to return the poor quality products and am faced with a store credit of $48.60 ?????? As an accountant I am floored at the inability to conduct basic mathematic skills. $38.00 top + $46.00 bottoms = $84.00 product total $84.00 + $6.95 shipping - $29.40 credit = $61.55 total amount I was charged $61.55 - $6.95 shipping that I will not be reimbursed for= $54.60 total amount that should be refunded for the product on order number 2 $54.60 order 2 + 29.40 original order 1 credit = $84.00 $84.00 - $6.00 return shipping fee = $78.00 Baffled at the incompetence within this company.
I made a large purchase of almost $500 and had I known the refund policy was gift card only, I would have never made a purchase because this was my first time and you never know what you’re going to receive the first time you order from somewhere. The quality of these clothes are terrible! I spoke to a customer service representative and she was unwilling to budge on the policy even though it isn’t at the checkout page, just under the terms and conditions checkbox which nobody ever reads. I assumed it was like MOST other businesses and does the right thing and offers money-back guarantees for unworn clothes. I even brought up how they’ve offered money back on the bbb website resolutions but wouldn’t extend the same courtesy to me. Please don’t shop here unless it’s a tried and true place for you because you’re only going to be disappointed in the quality and receive a gift card which you won’t even use!

The clothing I recently purchased was poor quality and the sizing was terribly off. The employees at the store were rude when I went in to pick up my order. I am not able to return the items I purchased or exchange them because they were sale items. I won't ever buy anything from Pink Lily again; I was extremely disappointed.
