Making arrangements for funeral services and burial is never easy, but at Hodges Funeral Home we found a professional staff that assisted us. My family and I lost our mom last month and Tammy and Logan assisted us with the arrangements. They clearly explained everything, gave us choices and time to make our decisions. We did not feel overwhelmed, because they were there for us through it all. I can't thank them enough because during our difficult time they were supportive, caring and made everything happened smoothly.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My brother lost his wife to Cancer a few weeks ago. I did all the arrangements with my brother during this difficult time. They were very profesional, kind and thoughtful. They had many options for us to choose from. The day of the viewing they had staff there to help out with anything and everything. Many options to pay for their services. The reason i chose this Funeral Home is because it was less than 3 miles from my brother's house because he had no desire to go far and it was the best option. When my son died 7 years ago, every single person I worked with at Hodges was GENUINELY kind, compassionate, patient and caring-from the minute I walked in the door until I picked up his ashes. A funeral is something for which you don't get a "do over". When our mother died last Friday, of course we made arrangements for her funeral and burial with Hodges; the ONLY people we trust to get it right. They did. Again.

I had to go in to make arrangements for my dad and I was extremely nervous and had a ton of questions. Carol greeted me and my daughter very kindly and as I got the wrong location [I went to Zephyrhills instead of Dade City] she called and had a representative come down to meet me, which was incredibly nice and accommodating. Randy was incredibly helpful and answered every question I could of thought of. He was very helpful and gave me some great advice on dealing with everything that comes when a person dies. He answered questions I didn't even think I had. Hodges did everything for my brothers viewing and funeral in 2014 and was amazing then too. I would recommend Hodges to anyone that needs their services and actually would recommend that people speak to them before they need them to arrange things so that you get what YOU want and you help your loved ones out.
