On the day of the game, I ran out to KT to eat something early in the morning. I was hungry, tired and sleepy. The soup was not bad, and the spicy fried rice cake made me dizzy. I heard that the star Lee Min Ho visited this store.Food: 5/5
I ordered a Galbi Dolsot Short Ribs Hot Pot. Very little meat in the bowl. There were also hairs in the rice. The waitress somehow did not understand what "hair" means, and she might thought I did not like the crispy rice, which left me very speechless and disappointed.Food: 1/5
We have been this place many times. Cause it’s open 24hr. The service was good. The Korean aunties are always very sweet. The got some simple food. Cold buckwheat noodles and kimchi stew. The noodles were quite good. Very flavourful. But the kimchi stew is a little disappointing. The pork tasty a little too porky and somehow a little gross. I think they didn’t process it very well. And also the kimchi is very mushy or soaky. Feels like it’s been being cooked for a while!
This place is known as the Korean Denny’s lol. It’s much better than Denny’s though. It’s open 24 hrs and 365 days a year. This time we got here at 1230 am and it was packed till about 115 am. People really like it. I’ve enjoyed my meals every time except this time the angus galbi wasn’t up to par. Very disappointing. However the mandu dumplings and rice cake soup was delicious. You only get about 5 mandu though. Service is pretty fast. They have a fairly big adjacent parking lot out front.
Spacious restaurant with plenty of food options. It's also open 24/7 which is pretty amazing. It's a good spot for variety but the food quality is alright. Enjoyable place to go to if the hours of operation are factored in and Korean food is a craving.Food: 3/5
Been going here for a few months and all I can say is they never disappoint. No matter what time it is. The food is always delicious and the same! The staff are always warm and friendly and help if you have questions. The atmosphere is perfect to go with friends or alone!Food: 5/5
The food was fine. I enjoyed everything. The lady did not understand what I asked for and only brought us one soup instead of two, which I found funny. They brought us one rice and one set of their starting foods, and I didn't understand why we only got one until I realized the second soup was never coming. The waitress was no problem except the fact that she was never there. I never really eat Korean food and I was not sure if the things they brought us were for the soup or if I should eat them first. I think I would open a Korean restaurant with American customer service. Make suggestions and explain the foods and varieties and explain what they come with and how people usually go about eating it in combination with other foods. Make it more fun and like an adventure. I think going to eat foreign foods should be like stepping off an airplane and traveling to another country. But it was good. I had no problems with my ginger chicken soup. I would eat there again but I found the behavior of the waitress kind of funny and not personal at all. As an American eater you kind of like being pampered to I think and having some attention paid to you. I would have loved it if the waitress spoke more English and was more involved in our dining experience since I felt so strange and out of place.
Been here many times because it's cheaper than other Korean restaurants but the food is very delicious! and it opens 24/7. Food portion is great, always get very fulled by one entree. Recommend if you want to enjoy Korean food but don't want to spend too much money. Parking: It's in a plaza, and there's always parking spots available when I visit it.
The best part about eating at Hodori is trying out their small servings before the main course. After being denied service at two Korean BBQ places down the street at 7th and Vermont, I decided to return to Hodori - a safe and warm place for eating. My faith in the community was restored. The waitress kept bringing small dishes and when I was about to leave, she says “Come back tomorrow!” That made my year.
OMG, Inflation went crazy… angus beef raised from 28 to 40… incredible! But food is still nice. Parking: Easy parking
