It's a motorcycle rally campground, great shower, and restroom setup. Food and entertainment every day of rally. All gravel roadway, grass/dirt area to camp, some open area, and tree area on the hill side. RV sites are available to. Restrooms: In with shower house, porta potty area available too. Always clean.
Well, we only stayed five days during the Sturgis 2023 Rally. The nights were fairly quiet and the atmosphere during the day was amazing. There was no argument, no fighting, no drama, and a lot of friendly people about and the staff was amazing Restrooms: Very large accommodating shower houses with plenty of room for about 20 people on each side. Men/Women with hot water that don't run out.
I went for the rally. Awesome price. Good size place with different camping options. Staff were friendly. Showers, food and entertainment in one place. Plenty of shade. Quiet. Plenty of Porta potties not just left in the sun to bake. Very close to Jack Pine Gypsies. Open late for late registration. Open for camping all summer. 24 hour security. Dog-friendliness: I seen a few people with dogs. They were considerate because I never seen any dog poo. Not always very many pet friendly places. It was nice to see and good to know. Picnic area: There are picnic tables everywhere. They are clean and I see trashes get dumped regularly.

We've made reservations to stay here for the 2021 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The communication and exchange of information with these people has been great! We stayed 8 days at Hog Heaven, we had a great time! If you have an RV with full hook-ups, they have it. If you have a camper or Toyhauler and only need electrical hook-up, they have it. If your on a budget and wanna rough it and tent camp only, they have 300 acres with plenty of trees for shade to camp under. From here, you can see the big white STURGIS letters up on the hill! Hog Heaven is 1 mile from downtown. They have live music, hot showers, plenty of portable toilets, a bar near the Bandstand, and food vendors. I would definitely recommend this campground, for the Sturgis Rally.
Everyone here is so kind & helpful. Very accommodating. Really don't HAVE to leave the grounds to have fun. Nightly live band, couple bars, 2Freddie's concessions great burgers. The grounds, showers, outside tolets R well maintained & kept very clean. There is even a dirt bike race course @ the entrance of the camp ground... Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
My name is Jeff first time staying at hog heaven campground I was very pleased and I will stay there again bathrooms were spotless showers spotless great food fun bar quiet place at night five star good job workers
Friendly and clean campground. Showers had plenty of hot water and they had port a John's everywhere to use. Lots of trees and grass, plus you can grab Da bus from here. Food is great, I had the best burger in Sturgis from the on site restraint, Freddie's. We will be back next year!
I was looking for a new cheap campground for next year's rally. This is a nice looking place but I'm not sure yet on if it's the spit or not.
Best campground in Sturgis! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean showers. C-store has everything you forgot to bring. Freddie's has fantastic food. Love it!
