Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. At first I attempted to check in at the wrong location with my family so I was already irratated, but Myracole, the staff at the desk was very hospitable, and made our stay very comfortable. Was very respectful and welcoming from the start, and quickly and promptly addressed all of our needs and concerns in a very professional manner. Also had really good vibes that enhanced the stay, would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially in a last minute pinch. I booked the same day and ended up paying $150 ish for 2 queen beds, the  room was very comfortable and clean with good views, has a microwave and a fridge. I'm sure they may be a little cheaper if u properly plan, but I was in a rush and didnt prefer to get eaten alive by bed bugs at other lower quality properties. Would definitely stay again.

Water and ice machines had a milky color. Draw kept opening at every movement, and the shower looked dirty. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay. I really enjoyed the free shuttle and really appreciate the time chart at the front desk! I just wish the location was more walker friendly. Also the walls are extremely thin. I felt like I had to whisper the whole time.  Nearby activities: Not many  Walkability: Not great. Only one restaurant that looked like it served awful.

This is almost Motel - not Hotel - small rooms, broken AC and ants roaming around in washroom counters and walls. Breakfast buffet was good though and front staff was nice and is near airport. However I won’t recommend or stay at this place again.

We stayed here for 8 days. I was really impressed with the staff and the cleanliness. Staff were very friendly. They always greet guest. Breakfast was also good here. This is highly recommended for staying. The bay view an added nature walk. They have a small gym but it is clean there is always towel.They have enough parking space for guest. First to see an automated pancake machine. Room  was clean and they have those big shampoo bottle instead of the tiny container. This is highly recommend to stay when you are in SFO area. Definitely I will stay again to this hotel.

A nice and conveniently located hotel nearby the SFO airport. Clean and well-organized, the reception staff is very helpful and friendly especially when accommodating very late-night check-in. There is fresh lemon-infused water in the lobby to greet you even late at night. Breakfast is included in the standard room rate I've booked and it is also nicely served with warm oatmeal, freshly made pancakes, fruits, and also many others as I've uploaded in the pictures.  The parking lot view is also nice.  The only downside is the credit card transaction on hold period is taking very long time to be released, even after waiting for more than one week more than 5 business days.
