Fantastic job done by Holiday Pools! From start to finish there was great communication with Mark, answered every question or concern I had promptly. They worked efficiently and quickly and the kids were swimming within a couple weeks. I highly recommend them for any inground pool installation!
I can't say thank you enough to Holiday Pools and Spas! We had a terrible experience with attempting to have our inground pool installed with another company and we were left with one huge mess! Mark came over to the house extremely professional & helpful and was willing to clean up the mess for us and make our pool dreams come true! Aaron and the guys showed up and did an amazing job!! I can't say enough on how impressive the crew was!! Out of the entire home building process and every other professional services we've had done this crew was hands down one of the best!! Dependable, respectful, keept us updated, cleaned up after themselves and the work looks amazing!! Mark even recommended a guy Josh Good to do our fencing which i highly recommend as well!! Thank you again for taking on this mess of a project!! You guys are truly a breath of fresh air!
Buyer beware. Mark Glova has quite the temper, especially when tripped up in his own lie. He will threaten you. Very poor customer service. Very little engineering support. Minimal expertise. Take your money elsewhere. We paid Holiday to install a pool heater. The return line from the heater is properly plumbed, properly supported. The supply line hangs in mid air, supported only by a piece of flex pvc. There is no diverter, no way to isolate the heater and properly winterize. However, we paid the entire bill, expecting that Holiday would make things right. It's been 6 months. We've not heard anything from them. Very disappointing and I would not recommend them. I ended up cutting the pvc pipes so I could properly winterize in the fall. This spring I'll finish their work and properly plumb.
We had an above ground pool installed today. In Jan we went and purchased it not knowing what to expect, from the time we met the in-store staff until we met the installation crew we were very pleased. Mark and Kara kept us well informed. When the installation crew left you could not really tell they were there with the exception of a new pool. Great job folks. Highly recommended.
Have been going there for years. With new owners things have only gotten better. Always have what I need whether it products or just advise. Will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank You Holiday Pool for being a valued member of our community.
Had a wonderful experience purchasing my hot tub, Robin was very helpful in narrowing down my choices I presented her with to find the best hot tub for me. Driving 45 minutes saved me thousands of dollars compared to local stores in my area. Mark was also extremely helpful with the delivery and set up and even squeezed me in a few weeks early so I can get even more enjoyment out of my hot tub!
Everything was great from start to finish. Kids are having a blast! Would highly recommend them for a pool install.
With a need to replace our 15 year old spa, my husband and I just spent 90 minutes with Mark learning about Bullfrog Spas. It certainly is a very impressive product. Mark is extremely knowledgeable and explained several models in great detail. If you are also involved in this type search, I highly recommend you stop by Holiday Pools and Spas and spend some time with Mark.
Knowledgeable about their product with an excellent show room and display. Pricing higher than same product with competitors. This may be due to ability to but in volume. I will update this review when I make purchase.
I purchased the swim spa from Holiday Pools andcSpas in Duncansville and the whole process was very easy. They did a great job with delivery and set up and their customer service is great. They explained everything and they are only a phone call away if you need help.
