I went in looking for a new look. I can't tell you how happy I am with my hair cute. My stylist was amila I believe was her name it was sadly her last day with this business. But I highly recomend this place thank you for my new look. Never loved my hair so much.
When I arrived the salon was filled with little girls getting highlights and I was greeted by 2 workers shortly after my arrival. There were 4 stylists working that day. Two seemed less than eager to be at their work place, while the other two were busy at their stations and throughout the salon. When one noticed my hair, she rolled her eyes and handed me over to the other stylist, yet said she would help, but never did. I told the stylist that I wanted blonde highlights in my hair, chunky and with definition around my face. I told my stylist that I did not like bronze, copper or caramel tones and my hair takes longer to pull color, but it will pull lighter blonde by taking the time to wait it out. My stylist was polite, gentle, professional and handled herself with confidence; however when it came to the toner time another stylist stepped in and did a toner that I did not want. I said blonde, yet the stylist that stepped in told my stylist differently. So, I waited for results. Results were not a wow factor and a bit disappointing because I take one day out of the whole year for me because my world revolves around 3 special need children. While my stylist was very professional and kind she should always listen to her customers; instead of another stylist. The other stylist, if she wanted to interfere she should have listened to me and not assumed that I would want it her way. At this time, I would recommend Sarah; however can not recommend others there since one did not seem to listen regarding my toner, the others gave an atmosphere of simply not being happy with their job and no pride in their work. I have always utilized this salon when I am visiting my family; however will have to look elsewhere.
They did an awesome job on my girls haircut, and they were very nice ladies

My stylists name was Joie I believe the card says, and she was amazing. The ladies are all funny and very engaging. I enjoyed my time there and I'll be back.

Great for kids haircuts. Two stylists their have cut both our kids' hair several times and done a great job. Very friendly and good with kids.
