My name is Debi Bryk and I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Autoimmune Paleo Practitioner, RESTART Licensed Instructor, and Health Educator. I specialize in digestive health and autoimmune diseases.
I am passionate about healthy living and helping others achieve success with their health goals. I graduated with honors from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts. With the education and tools I provide, you will look at food differently, be more aware of how certain foods/ingredients make you feel, learn how to manage stress, and improve your mood.
