I wouldn't suggest it. Alot of the reasons were already stated in other reviews, but the last straw for me was the carelessness the doctor made writing me a script. My amazing med is starting to wear off so I wanted to start taking another med on top of it. We went back and forth between using something for my depression or anxiety. She left the decision up to me without much help, so I chose for my depression. So my first day on this med I had a seizure at my cousins wedding. I do have epilepsy. With one Google search and no digging it said people with epilepsy shouldn't take the med. I wasn't given a warning or anything. I could have died... so yeah. Be careful.

I’ve had nothing less than a perfect experience here. Front desk is always nice and helpful. Khadijah does a great job and is very professional.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This was actually a decent place to go to but it went downhill very fast. I always had issues with my psychiatrist being 10 to even 20 minutes late to my appointment. One time being I had an appointment first thing in the morning and I expressed to them that I had to work after so I was crunched on time, and yet she was still 15 minutes late into her first appointment of the day. I was able to excuse that despite how irritated i was. Then all the sudden I stopped getting any texts or reminders for my appointments, which some of them I don’t even remember signing up for. I expressed to them that I wasn’t getting any messages from them for anything and then told me that they were sent and time stamped but when I asked for proof that they were time stamped they told me they couldn’t provide that for me. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be able to show me something so simple on my account. I got really sketchy vibes from this obviously doing something to stack up no show fees from me. Then my therapist said she forwarded my concerns to a manager or whatever and would only give me their phone number. It’s hard for me to make calls on the hours they’re open due to my work schedule so I requested an email but they wouldn’t give it to me. Save your time and money going to this place, they’ll do anything they can to screw you over and then point the finger at you as if it’s your fault.

Do not ever send your loved ones here. They are more focused on the bottom line then the health of the person they are helping. I had a counselor try to miss diagnose me after a 5-minute phone call conversation. Miss Cayman should be fired she tried private prescribing me medication that I did not need just to try to say I had mental health issues that when I refuse to medication she dropped me and never weaned me off and addictive medication nor gave me a reason to lie instead just hung up on me after I told her how delusional and unethical she was. She has no problem violating HIPAA rights either the entire staff does and their excuses oops my bad. I revoked all my releases after finding out Mariah Taylor and Jennifer Gillian was calling there and when they were denied information they just called and said they were DSS then falsified court papers with it. My concert also had me come out there just to bring me in a group room and see if she was discharging me but when I asked why she just left like something was funny she also sent some home health care aide named Zachary g to my house I'm not sure why because he never came back nor answered my calls instead my house was cleaned out of everything I own including my kids birth certificates my IDs everything. I graduated in 2019 and only went back there to be prescribed the medication I was on after having the baby and instead they lied and said I was there for mental health counseling when I never was. I started getting ringless voicemails from my counselor and also internal affairs downtown there was no missed calls nothing on my caller IDs only voicemails from them two people which is very suspect. I had to make a new email after my email was taken over and my bank accounts were drained fraudulently. Clearly her family has friends downtown but I hope your baby is nice and healthy must be nice not having your five day old kidnapped for hearsay from Mercy hospital and you not giving any information. You see how they started grouping everything together nowadays right I'm pretty sure I gave him the blueprint how to legally steal people's f kids. People are worried about Disney's you need to worry about your DSS they have way too much control and power over people and all they do is change the laws and have you confused on what your rights even are no judge should be having lunch with a lawyer to talk about someone's case. You shouldn't be retaliated against after you make complaints to the New York state of health about the malpractice

As you can see by some other reviews this place comes way up short in the mental health department. I went through numerous counselors n everytime I switched they lost my file n I'd have to start over again. I do not recommend going there or your loved ones in need of mental health care

I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. The Counselor abbey B is entirely a liar who doesn’t admit to the truth or her wrong doings. Abbey tells people your Confidential personal business for her own amusement. She can’t be trusted and anything you tell her she’ll use against you. Abbey is extremely two faced and jealous of certain clients. I’ve never had a bad experience with a counselor except her. I’ve been going here for years and never have been disrespected or lied to straight up front by anyone here except her. She can NOT be trusted. Do not go here and have her as your counselor. Also, I’m surprised she still has a job with the morals she possesses.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They cut off my treatment without telling me or giving me any warning. They told me they tried to call me a number of times but I have no missed calls. They gave me false information multiple times that caused me to have to pay bills that were their fault. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to deal with the awful administration and careless team.

Psychologicst is always 10+minutes late to an appointment. Not too professional. Most of the stars are for the seating arrangement and being treated like human beings compared to other facilities.

Front desk receptionists are always lovely
