Walk-ins are banned and everything needs to be scheduled ahead online. Even the DMV and IRS allow walk-ins.
Not matter if it were in person or email, I had great experience with all the individual that works at the Town Clerk office. I am impress that I received email replies during the weekends as well.
For the last 5 years I have had to go to the Town Clerk they have been nothing but rude to me. They talk down to you and give different information each time you ask a question. Their hours are inconvenient on top of that.
