Today I went in to Hollister to do a simple exchange, and was expecting to just get a refund and that was it but the associate Kenzie went above and beyond. Not only did she get me store credit but she went out of her way to find me the right size and stuck by my side the entire time. She was funny, kind and great at her job. Best customer service I have ever had anywhere!
Rude staff….. there is one young kid who don’t is very disrespectful……. I have gone for return….. will never visit this store again.
