I went with my daughter who wants to get into skateboarding. Ashley head amazing! She answered all of our questions and did not pressure us at all. She truly made the experience memorable and I can’t thank her enough! I wish there were more people like her in the world!
I went in to check out wheels and bearings for my longboard but they were a little low on stock due to the current situation. However after chatting with one of the sales people here , I found the staff to be very helpful. I'm an older guy in my forties And love the sport. Needless to say after my conversation, I still walked out with a new deck! Great staff on at that place!

In love with this store for a long time but my outfit is fleeked best belive me. Oh u better no brands
While they carry good products most the time the employees are un aware of whatever they are selling. For instance I bought a full skateboard, and let them assemble it for me, guys didn't know how to mount most the stuff. As for like help with shoes or anything clothing they are up to par on that.
As a store, absolutely love Zumiez. Theres not many stores like them that carry all those brands. DGK, Broken Promises, OF, etc. I dont think ill return to this location though. I had my 7 year old son with me last time I went and the music was so loud AND offensive its not even funny. I listen to music like that for sure but in a public retail space where you have all kinds and ages of people shopping, I shouldn't hear F bomb after F bomb. If I can't bring my son in with me and feel comfortable about the language he's hearing, then I feel no need to spend my money there. I actually didn't even spend time to look around because of that fact. I dont have this problem at the Park City location.
