Had the worst experience at Hollister. A simple size exchange of the same pair of jeans became the most horrible experience. The manager/supervisor was disrespectful, condescending and beyond unprofessional. Awful…take your business elsewhere!
Manager is worst will never recommend anyone to go there. I came to return my sweeter with cost 44.98 doller i asked her to return it she returned it for only 25 dollars without asking me that r you okay with you refund. i dont know how she calculated i saw her receipt but she just doesn’t want to look at it and i asked her to call customer service and i dont know they both what they did with payment and now they didn’t gave me my sweater back nor my 44.98 and i called customer service and i asked her to give me email confirmation that this incident was happened as of prof but they have not provided.
I went for a job interview, and a tree fell in the road on the shortest route to the store. I arrived at the mall on time and called the store asking for their location in the mall and informed them of the situation. I arrived, and they told me to wait for my interview after my check-in. I sat for around 40 minutes, and only then was I told that my interview was therefore denied. I understand being late is an issue, but being told to wait for 40 minutes to only be informed after all that time is unbelievable; and the interviewer had left about 5-10 minutes before I arrived in the store, so I waited 4 times the time they waited for me, all for the interview to be canceled, and for me to be told to reapply online.
Always getting many choices of my size in reasonable prices.
Very helpful staff .the youngman who helped went above to find what jeans we was looking for but they didn't have them .it was a online item only

Price wise its good but not very good collection

Helpful and friendly staff. There are many times they do not have all the sizes for the things they are selling and the variety can be a little lacking at times.
Even in this poorly lit store I could tell you at least 3 things on a rack had been worn a few times. Do the deodorant stains cost extra?
