If you received a gift you can't return or even exchange it without the original payment method or a receipt.. best to save yourself the trip, hassle, and weird convo with the disrespectful teenagers here.
Westgate mall is almost prehistoric and Hollister looked to be in bad shape itself. Besides girls sitting on step ladders at the register, employees not wearing facemasks, and the store seeming like they didn't have enough employees to atleast make it look less trashy, the ceiling appeared to be leaking. Now the contraption they used to collect the water was pretty cool. Enough to where I took a pic for personal use if ever needed but no wet floor signs or a sign even warning customers that a big bucket was in a blind spot that could easily make someone fall over. But also with my experience shopping online with them, which has been a nightmare, I really didn't expect much. And FYI it doesn't matter how much you buy from them, the most amount of boxes they will give is 5. I bought 13 items from them and most being tops and could only get 5. The associates inside the store were much nicer than if you call customer service. Calling will get you hung up on after they tell you bold face lies. So unless they have an unbelievable sale on things, I won't be doing business with the much if any at all.
My daughter and I came into the store today to spend her giftcard. She wasn't able to find any jeans in the store she loved. Sydney helped us so much and let my daughter browse through the selection they had online in her size!! Thank you so much! This really was a huge help and made my daughter feel good to find what she wanted.

Good selection. Great back to school sales. Cleanliness of the store was definitely lacking. The mirrors in the dressing rooms were so dusty you could hardly see yourself in them. It doesn't help with the poor lighting and dark depressing decor.
Went school shopping and all their jeans were 50% off. Great deal. Great quality. Great fit. The t-shirts are the most comfortable shirts you'll find. Service with a smile too. Thanks guys!
Dark, heavily scented, and clothing options only for the smallest sizes. I like their cologne, but I can't fit in any of their clothes. Prices are all higher than I would be willing to pay, even if I could wear them. If you're determined to purchase from here, bring a flash light so you can see what you're buying.
Unhelpful and unintelligent teenagers who did nothing but stand around and gawk at the female customers,even at my fiancee right in front of me. They also thought that low rise referred to the jeans length. Other notes are "sales" are always going on but never a decent change in price and they finally have breathable sweaters for men.
Sign says "ALL" jeans $25 but after you get in there it's just the ones they want too but don't tell you till they ring it up that some are $65. I took my daughter shopping and she picked out some pants under the all $25 sign and they rang up $65
Very clean with plenty of assistance if needed. Love this store!
