I always shop here. They only have skinny jeans in the store now and I'm an 80's baby, I don't wear tight jeans. I've gotten regular straight jeans here before, but I haven't seen it here lately. Whenever I see the jeans I wear back in the store, I'll give the 5 stars.
Shopped here on yesterday. I must say I've come to this location a few times but the first time I've felt the need to write a review. This was the first time I went in this location and felt like someone gave exceptional customer service. I was greeted by Caroline who went above and beyond to help myself and mother. She was very knowledgeable, informed us about great doorbusters which allowed us to purchase even more items from the store, she was friendly and kept her smile. Thank you Caroline for delivering excellent customer service!
Walked in store and customer service is the worst!!!! The employees in there now needs training, no excuse me when I'm the customer looking for Jean's while she's in my way! My money is green too! I won't go in there when those girls are working, I felt uncomfortable and will not be returning. My son likes this store, but we're be going to the other locations
BUYERS BEWARE!! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED FOR GIFTS THAT DON’T FIT. The employees wouldn’t let me exchange or receive a gift card for clothes my daughter was given for Christmas as a gift. They said I had to have a receipt but since these were a gift I didn’t have that. I drove 1 hour and am stuck with over $100 worth of clothes that don’t fit my daughter. I won’t be shopping at Hollister again. The young girls working there were clueless. One girl wasn’t sure what to do so a second girl helped me then that girl wasn’t sure what to do either and she asked asked the first girl “can I give her a gift card.” First girl who originally didn’t know what to do said no so I am stuck with 4 items that don’t fit my daughter. I have never heard or a store that won’t give you a gift card or let you exchange something that doesn’t fit when the TAGS were all on the clothes.
Really nice employees! This energized, funny girl working there with short hair came up and started talking to me. Made me feel really welcomed as a customer : i dont usually shop there, but i couldnt help but grab a shirt when everyone was so kind!
I really loved Hollister until they discontinued my perfume Crescent Bay everyone loved this perfume and they quit selling it why please bring this fragrance back please it was the best ever now you look on eBay and it’s 200.00 it was 20.00 in store when they had it
The jeans I love them but the service is terrible and on the sign it said 25 dollar jeans but when I get to the register I had to pay 31 because tax of course but EXTRA because my jeans were cropped! That is ridiculous! And their prices are a bit outrageous.
Nice store but really expensive and overpriced. but honestly the quality is more worth what you pay than in most stores
