I had a very bad experience camping here. We left the campground for an hour and a half leaving our two dogs with water and all the needs. The owner Hallie called us saying that this was unacceptable, she was very rude screaming at me and throwing us out of the campground. She ruined our vacations and she didn’t give as any refund of the 3 nights we already paid in full. Hallie is a neurotic person smoking like crazy. I was very surprised looking a young person with that behavior. She ruined our holiday weekend.
5 stars all around for Holly Acres campground! Nice, big, private sitesAwesome fishing pondTons of activities for the whole familyVery helpful and friendly management and staff I recommend Holly Acres for RV and/or tent camping.Rooms: 5/5
We have been seasonal campers here for 3 seasons now. They have come leaps and bounds from when we first started. Lots of activities for the kids. Everyone who visits loves it here!
Love love this place. Have been coming for years the people are nice, it's safe and I can breath there!
We loved this campground!!!! Karen and Haley were great at check in and at the camp store. Karen had coffee going every morning when we stopped in for our first walk of the day. I have a 38' foot Winnebago and had some technical problems when I arrived that were well above my ability to troubleshoot. Dean from their grounds crew immediately recognized that I was having problems and came to help. Then Bob and Rob showed up and the 3 of them patiently diagnosed the problem and spent a lot of time and resolved it. We were so appreciative that we didn't have to start making calls for outside help and could just relax. We love the warm and relaxed feel of this campground. It is a little bit older but very well maintained, with lots of activities for kids and immaculate showers and rest rooms that are beautifully renovated. One review mentioned the pine needles were messy. I have been to Holly Acres in the fall when the needles were falling and thought it was beautiful. I felt like I was in "Whispering Pines" and it was great fall setting. The horse farm at the entrance also adds a charm to the area. I appreciate the welcoming feel from everyone there and it has become a local favorite for me that I will return to on a regular basis. Thank you again to the entire staff. You guys were great and we will see you again in the near future!!!! It was so easy to remember all of your names. Thanks again!!
This place is amazing !!!...staff is super friendly...other campers are nice and there is sooooo much to do...i love this placeService: 5/5
We camped here this weekend still here, dont want to leave lol. We have very much enjoyed our stay. So quiet and peaceful. Big beautiful pine trees everywhere. Cleanest bath houses I’ve ever seen at a campground. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Kinda bummed the pool wasn’t open…..but I completely understand that it’s off season so not a big deal. Very close to Atlantic City. We will be back next year for sure!
Staff is very nice and helpful, bathrooms was the cleanest and best that I have seen in a campgroundRooms: 5/5
My FIL is an avid camper and we came up to stay a night with him. We were looking to just get away and get some R&R. This was just the place for it. Nice and quiet. The facilities were super clean and staff super helpful. Pool was nice and were able to shop at the camp store for some minor items we needed such as ice. Definitely recommend and would go back again.
Love this campground but as all things all it takes is for one bad apple to ruin it for all, My family every year chooses this campground sometimes multiple times a year. Now you have Hailey that very rudely disregarded my request to camp there by telling me that if I put my deposit down I can’t choose my location. As per our conversation on the phone on this day she rudely hung up on me and does not answer my calls back as I’m trying to book a reservation.
