Patrons Personal Computers Earl Edmonds/GOVERNOR OF INTERNAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY LLC You walk into the Library at the Information Desk pass Kim who's an Assistant Librian gives a strong greeting sometimes to sit down on a firm chair at a black Lenovo personal computer that has twenty-four numbers. You dig in your book bag to pull out your yellow plastic Wake County Library Card of Cary Regional Library. You Flip the front of the plastic card over and type your username as your account number along with your memorized pin that's four digits. You ask Kelly for any questions at the Information Desk or over your phone. Let's walk into the Lounge where there are twelve hard tables. Sit on the green soft chair by the glass window in the corner where you can charge your Samsung cell phone from Metro PCS and see everybody doing Internet Research mainly on Truth all day with short breaks in between. Let's walk over to the Cofee Bar where a receptionist from the Box Office Registration will take your order. You buy salty chips, Ginger Ale, and sweet chocolate chip cookies at affordable prices. Turn around and you see straight ahead off to your right-hand side then the brown hard door says Men's Restroom. That's where you can use the white Crane toilet. Place your left hand under the Enmotion soft soap to Wash your hands at the silver hard sink and wave at the red light on Enmotion ripping a white soft paper towel. "This library has a great story time for kids every morning except Sunday. Clean, have computers to use by people, have a printer and a copy machine. Variety of kids' books. The staff is very helpful, friendly and kind. For April 2019, they will stop story time for kids, and they will be back in May" Safia Gagaza said. "I've been going to this library for eighteen years, and it has been the cleanest, most well-organized library I've ever been in. The librarians are very helpful and friendly as well! Their online system is wonderful and is well stocked with audiobooks and a wide range of physical books as well. I highly recommend this library!" Emma Walks replied. "The librarians are so nice and friendly. I love how this library is so community-oriented. The tables are easily accessible and the chairs are comfy. Love this library!" Morgan Pruitt said. "We love this location. Even if the title you're searching for isn't here, they can reserve it for you in a reasonable time" S.T.G." replied. When you walk inside the glass door, you're getting phone calls from receptionists and librarians who are telling you when there's any holiday like Juneteenth Day to save you a trip from home. They hire somebody to make the calls out like a Light Office Clerk. You're greeted by librarians more when you walk in to use their Libary Services while they don't many patrons who walk inside making your day easier.
This place is wonderful for exploring what downtown Holly Springs has to offer; bookworms may wanna check this out! They have a cute little reading book in the kid's section! The staff are also really nice and we're super helpful setting up my library card; they also helped my little brother find some books he'd be interested in! I am not giving this 5 stars because I really struggled finding things I were interested in. There are no classics here, or cool non-fiction topics. Everything is a boring indie novel with little recognition that was released only 5 years ago.
Meh. Pretty small and unspectacular for a town of 43k+ people. Could use some areas for group study and cosy nooks for sitting and exploring some books. Selection is minimal, but they can get you most anything from the larger county system. I do like the checkout system with RFID. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

They do many services for the community and for the kids as well.
The desk attendant Ms Renny was very helpful. Thanks for your help and patience to find the book. It was great to see such an organized and nice library.
So weird. I always thought libraries were suppose to be quiet. This one has a stereo blaring and kids concert going on as I write this. Sweet staff, tiny but good selection of books. You are getting absolutely NO studying done here though. They only seem to cater to the toddler age and stay at home parent scene, so if you are in that category it's a really great place. If you are looking for an actual library scene? Nope. Not even close.

While I think it is great that the library is actively involved in providing services to children and the staff are great at it, I wish it could also include a quiet place to study. Having two morning toddler events that can be heard no matter where you sit is interruptive. Unfortunately, this is a problem with most wake libraries. It is sad when coffee shops offer a more quiet environment than our libraries. Maybe consider adding study rooms or doing the story times in a separate room?
All librarians and staff are super friendly and helpful. We enjoy the babies activities on Mondays. A+
