North County Regional Library

I love coming here. My kids enjoy getting books and can always find something they like. The staff is very kind and helpful. Would very much recommend!

I am rating on the selection, space, and cleanliness of the facility. Great kids section for my toddlers. There are usually wonderful staffers that work here. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Only downside I’ll comment on is of two incredibly crabby and rude female employees that work here. Attitude for no reason. I’m sorry to be interrupting your knitting time when I’m asking you for help. Maybe you shouldn’t work with the public and find something more suitable for you. Gosh I hope my toddler doesn’t have to ask you for help.

Disappointed in work space options. Came on a Monday, midday and there were not any spaces available to work individually except at high tables with unsupported stools. I don't think that the renovation considered ergonomics when they redesigned the work spaces for our needs, esp young people/teen area when considering the future.

Love the way the the newly remodeled Library is on the inside. However, the parking lot leaves some to be desired. Being Handicapped, there are not enough spaces available when there is Early Voting, or other Programs going on. Thus the reason for four stars.
