We love this library. They are always nice and the Children's librarians are always so helpful. Cute little stations, themed book bundles, and activities. Great selection of graphic novels for kids and teens. Plus computer set up.
Great place to go with the kids. Children area has computers, toys and large variety of books for babies and kids. They often have activities after work hours or on the weekends. There is always something for the kids to do while I search for books. Staff is very helpful and nice
The summer program set up is literally the worst idea this library system has put into play. To make families stand outside until the library opens to get a ticket in to the event is obsurd. Not to mention , if you stand there you are not even garenteed a valid entry. So many children were turned away and very sad . Maybe doing an online sign up would be a better idea. So many other places do online registration with no issues. The way this is set up is truly very unfair.
I had not visited library in over year, so when I came into the library I asked the women at front desk if my card was valid. She took my card scanned it, said yes you are valid. Then she threw the card at me, yes threw; like a bounce and slide. Then I went to make copy, the system was not working so patrons were asked to use guest login I asked for help I was talked to as if I were a child and did not get any help. When I went to print my papers I put in old login, oops. The women worker raised her voice as if reprimanding me for my error. I came in just to use printer I was there 15 min That was a whole lot of rude in a very short time.
I just love taking my son to this branch. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond making the experience one of a kind. This month was pirate themed and the whole library was decorated and had lots of activities for the kids to do. Treasure hunt, ring toss, temporary tattoos to name a few. Really looking forward to next month and my son is already talking about our next trip.
My family and I have been traveling full time in our RV for 8 years, and have been to MANY libraries because they are very important to us. This is by far our absolute favorite library. The librarians and staff are so kind and helpful. The Children’s programs are especially amazing. There is something for everyone here and always someone available to help. This is definitely our happy place!
Local public library, nice facility w helpful staff. Easy parking. Surprisely decent selection of large print books. Also has free Internet & PCs for public use. Low cost fax & copier on site.
The people who work there are very nice,and always there to lend a hand when you need it. The library is always clean, and they have a lot of different things going on for your interests they even have a movie day if interested !!
great customer service! the lady who searches up books with the brown and pink hair is probably the nicest employee i’ve met there! she put several books on hold to be transported to me and found a lot of the books i wanted from a list i created since i’m a new reader! my grandma, mom and sisters come here for either books or the activities they have here! love it!
Most libraries are very good, but IRC North takes the cake for small town libraries. Great staff, clean, orderly, ample computers and just a place that helps me get done what I need to do. Thank you very much for doing your work in a safe and quiet environment. The patrons are great, too.
