Not coming back tired of the subpar experience. Went to see avatar 2 and not only did we have hour of trailers. They never fixed the screen size so everyone watched on a cropped screenwe all to scared to say something and miss the movie and the lights was left on half way through. They also had like 9 employees there on Friday night. To lazy to split the concession line when that many employees working. Was also refused a refund cause we sat during the whole movie. $16 for a ticket nobody should have gotten that terrible experience. Also for huge movie night on a Friday and to only have popcorn and nachos is dumbwho charges $7 for a regular hotdog. Employees are very lazy that's very clear. The place also needs a remodel badly and imax atleast. Please do not waste your money here. Take extra time and go to Mall Of Georgia.
I've been here twice in the past few months. The first time was to see the Avatar 3d re-release. The projector had something wrong and made the picture look like it was going through a pink filter with no 3d effect. I had to tell the staff to fix it. Then I went back again. Tonight to see Black Panther 2, and again the video was messed up. The screen was very dark and even after telling staff it didn't get fixed. Many parts of the movie were so dark that we could barely see anything. It was also blurry and washed out. The projectors are either very old or no one is paying attention to the quality and calibration. I will be avoiding this theater if at all possible.
I read the bad comments but was close home, so we went. The service in the candy store sucks! The system don’t work, so you can’t use your points, the employees discharge their frustration with the customers! The screen is green ! If you can go to another location, you Better! And save you the bad experience!
Worst theater ever. No frozen soft drinks and no butter, really!!!!!! How do you stay in business. The manager should be fired. How can you enjoy a movie without buttered popcorn. The price to watch a movie is beyond ridiculous.
Never had a bad experience here, lines can be long at peak times since folks can buy tickets at the concession stand seriously get some kiosks folks... Employees are friendly, theaters are clean when I'm not accidentally spilling my popcorn... :
Every single time I've been here, whether it's winter, summer, or fall, it is HOT in the theaters. I'm sweating within 30 minutes, every time. An open door does not air conditioning make. The open doors also mean in the quiet parts of our movie, we are hearing a bunch of noise from the nearby theaters. Furthermore, this time, they somehow double-booked the seats I paid for. I had E4-7, bought on the Regal app. There was a guy and his family in E4-6 when we walked in. He showed me on his phone that he legit had E4-6. Luckily we were the only people, so we just sat in F4-7. How do you double-book reserved seats? ‍
My family and I went to go see Spiderman: No way home. And all I'm going to say is the movie was indeed spectacular. There was a little disturbances since people wouldn't just find a spot and sit down because now they made everybody sit in specific seats.
This review is more about the patrons visiting this theater. I cannot believe the condition of the woman's bathroom. Half of the toilets weren't flushed and bloody messes were left for the employees to clean. It is totally disgusting how people will not clean up after themselves.
Absolutely disgraceful.. First need clean the foyer up then we got sent to wrong place ... Paid for seats up front only be told that screen wasn't showing .. ridiculous
Do not get the monthly membership. They still charge you fees to order your tickets through the app, when it’s listed as a perk on the website to “skip the concession lines.” Why would they charge around $2 convenience fee for unlimited members? Then you get to the theater to save that money and there’s a long line. I thought it was supposed to be an incentive to see as many movies as possible per month? So if I see 10 movies a month, I pay $20 in convenience fees?
