Regal Cinemas Mall Of Georgia 20 IMAX & RPX

Great IMAX experience for watching Oppenheimer. Seats were not reclining but comfortable. Pretty clean mall and the preserved some old school touches which I appreciated.

Would highly recommend visiting this theater. One of the few locations in the United States that has 70mm IMAX. I saw Oppenheimer here and it was phenomenal. Seats were comfy and the staff was very friendly. Cannot state enough how great this theater is.

Was it worth it to see Oppenheimer here as Christopher Nolan intended? Yes. Is there another film on the face of the earth that I would ever consider "worth it" to endure the punishment of these outdated seats that recline approximately 2 inches? Absolutely not. You're one of 19 theatres in the U.S. with 70mm IMAX charging $50+ per ticket and sold out a month in advance. You can afford something that doesn't leave customers limping to their cars.

Descent theater. Seats are not the bigger recliners and are a bit narrow. Snack bar has Pepsi products, so whatever is your thing. The theater was actually clean being the end of the day. Usually by that time the floor are sticky. All in all it was pretty good. Be sure to park near the eatery/theater entrance for late shows, the close off the mall leaving you to walk around outside to your car.

“You are gonna have to get in line to get refill” is what I was told. So if you don’t want to miss about 5-10 minutes of your movie each time you want a refill, I suggest going somewhere else. I got a good chuckle as I was waiting in line and saw a manager passing by and I recommended, “You all should have a person dedicated to refills”. Without saying a word she gave an exasperated huff and turned around and walked away. I guess I’m not the only one who suggests this. Attached is a photo of the line you get to wait in for refills. Otherwise ok place to watch a flick. Regal should consider getting self-serve refill stations like other theaters.

They would have 5 but the bathrooms need work. Only 2 of the sinks in the ladies bathroom work, never have any soap or hand sanitizer and half of the stall doors do not lock. Otherwise this is an awesome place to visit.

Great theater. Concessions is convenient, and attendants are friendly and helpful. Comfortable and spacious reclining seats to enjoy your theater experience really tops it off quite nicely. They also offer special promotions for Regal members. Worth looking into.

Just bad.. it’s old and run down now. Definitely starting to show it’s age. That would be tolerable if the staff did their job. Sitting in a dark, dirty, silent movie theater 5 minutes before it starts. Obviously someone didn’t prep the theater or clean it after the last movie. Seats are old, uncomfortable and do not recline. It’s sad to see this place go downhill as we have been coming here making memories for over 20 years. I think this place is nearing the end of its existence.

Fixed seats, unable to recline. Uncushioned arm rests. Small movie screen. Watched the 2023 The Like Mermaid during the second weekend after its release date and I’m disappointed In all the aforementioned areas.

Regal Mall of Georgia is always a great place to see a movie. It's been a while since I have been there and was surprised at how everything has changed. Ticket purchases were made at the concession stand. The two workers were very pleasant and waited on us quickly. As it was a weekday, we had our pick of seats. Mission Impossible was great! The only imperfect part of our night was the temperature in the theater. It was uncomfortably warm. Management knew that theater's air conditioning wasn't working properly when we asked. With 19 other theaters and it being a 9:50 showing, I don't understand why that showing wasn't moved to a cooler room. Hopefully, they'll fix it soon.
