We enjoyed our time there! Employees are very sweet and kind, the place is clean. They have massive screens very clear vision, there auditoriums are big and chairs are comfortable. However outside light Letters sign needs reparing some of them weren't working.
I took my Grand children to the movie today and the employees were fantastic! In a time when employees don’t care about customers or service this is a great place!! The refreshment workers helped me get the best deal for my three grandchildren!! Thanks for a great experience!
Went to see the new Avatar movie. We chose the 12:10 pm movie. The place was empty which was nice for getting seats in the middle of the theater. Getting drinks and popcorn took a little longer than I thought it should have taken given the lack of customers. Will visit again.
I watched Wakanda Forever here and I would recommend you go there to watch whatever movie you would like to watch. If you must watch any movie, go to the one with the 3D. I tried the 2 theater halls and I prefer the one with the 3D, the movie came alive in front of me if you know what I mean lol. And you don't have to pay an extra money for the glasses. There is something I need to tell you but don't tell anyone I told you oooo You can get popcorn and drink there at a cost but you can also get a refill without an extra cost so far you finish the first round at the popcorn stand there, can present your receipt and the popcorn box or cup for the drink. I will advise you get there on time so that you can have a good seat and especially if you are not going alone and you will want to sit with your company. Also, you also need to get there early so you can have time to take good pictures
In this world of streaming services are widely available to watch anything,anytime,on any device it's nice to have a place that still offers a friendly staff,comfortable seating,and great picture quality for those of us that still like going to the movies.
Always good experience, however floors in theater are greasy from popcorn spills, but that's a easy fix other than that it's clean, good customer service/friendly staff
Great Movies, food & drinks were good and even the staff was nice…just prices are outrageous. Good thing I got free movies & coupons on discounts for the food & drink. Both movies were great, especially Top Gun Maverick.
Most of the bathroom was out of order, concession stand was closed. Seats that weren't torn were still comfy and plenty of leg room. Sound in theater was good.
Definitely needs an upgrade. I’ve been to the LUX theaters in Birmingham and it’s by far a whole experience. I wish Tuscaloosa movie theaters had the reclining seats with hot ready to order food and unlimited refills.
They never have popcorn seasoning…serving stations are very nasty. When I asked someone about cleaning they got upset and became hostile.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY…
