One of the best places to play in Northern Virginia and West Virginia region. Smoking is allowed but there's a huge non smoking section where oxygen is plentiful and fresh. Free drink station and speedy service on the floor. Good choice of food and entertainment. Great comedy acts and music. Don't expect to get rich, but anticipate to have fun and enjoy your time.

The casino floor is buzzing with energy, and whether you're into slots or table games, there's something here for everyone. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist, making your gaming experience enjoyable.  Beyond the gaming, the live entertainment options are fantastic. I caught a live show during my visit, and it was an unforgettable experience. The venue is spacious, and the sound quality was top-notch.  Foodies, you won't be disappointed either. Hollywood Casino offers a diverse range of dining options. I highly recommend trying the Epic Buffet; the selection of dishes is impressive, and the quality is outstanding.  Parking is convenient, and the location is easy to find. Plus, the casino is well-maintained and clean, which adds to the overall positive experience. Nice casino, interesting variety of people walking around. They always have a diverse set of bands and performers coming through, I appreciate that. The sports bar has awesome nachos. Not sure about the table games or slots, I’m not a gambler.

We didn't stay at the hotel but the casino was nice. Did find it odd that your allowed to smoke in most areas but with my husband being a smoker we didn't mind. Did come home with less than we went with but overall a good time. Drinks are expensive but to be expected at a casino. Plenty of games to choose from, the place is huge.

Great place to hang out. Great music playing all day. Free soda while you play. Several choices to eat there. Cash man slots were having some trouble with touch screen. But tech is fickle so I don’t blame them for that. I do wish they had more instructions on the machines. We had not been in a casino for 20 years and didn’t understand how to work things at first. We weren’t sure how to pay, or how to know how much each machine play cost. But we figured it out eventually. I absolutely love that there is at least one place left where a smoker can feel relaxed and not ostracized. I understand not allowing smoking everywhere in public, but there isn’t any place you can smoke anymore, except here. It’s nice to have one place for us smokers to enjoy. And they do have some areas where non smokers can get away from it. And they don’t allow smoking where people eat. So that’s nice too. We had a great time there. We will definitely return.

Unusually large Vegas style casino hidden away in the middle of the Appalachian Mountains. Very unexpected. Nice surprise. Race Track attached. Casino offers a no smoking area which was also unexpected but much appreciated.Rooms: 5/5

I can only speak to the track- I took the kids so they could see the horses run- they loved it- you can walk along the fence in the front and you don’t have to have the kids access anything at all in the casino- plenty of outdoor seating although they wanted to stand along the racetrack so they could feel the wind as the horses raced by. Clean facility, the yard down by the track was what I would consider to be a family friendly environment- did not cost anything to let the kids watch the horses warm up and run

Big lot, very uneven but able to level fairly easily. Quiet night; convenient for our visit to Harper's Ferry the next day. Went in to the casino and enjoyed a beer and the Phillies along with the air conditioning. Thank you.

We loved the Epic Buffet before it closed for covid. Now we don't visit here anymore because there is no buffet. Very sad they didn't bring it back. I can see this place closing before too long. That buffet was a real money maker for the casino!  Food & drinks: The Epic Buffet was fabulous before they closed it

Takes forever to get a drink, and I saw them cut off people who appeared sober to me I tended bar for many yeas, tables have way way way to high of a minimum bet and the little food court is very expensive. The Asian restaurant is really good thoughService: 3/5
