Serena A Kirchner, Inc., better known as "Kirchner's," opened in 1933 after Francis and Serena Kirchner purchased a liquor license for a whopping $5.
The family owned and operated business only recently (2002) moved from the crammed streets of Lancaster City ("on the hill") into the much more roomy fields of Manor Township (right outside of Millersville, PA).
Although the majority of the buiding is warehouse and storage space, do not be fooled, the front entrance is for you!--the customers. We sell retail, despite what many people believe (yes, I'm talking to you, that person who drives by everyday on their way to work and thinks we are only a wholesale distributor). The showroom is full of all the great products we sell wholesale. You will not be disappointed with the beer selection--we are a beer lover's dream come true!
The building is clean, the service is great, and the employees are very knowledgeable about the beverages. In addition to our impressive case selection, we have tons of 1/6, 1/4, and 1/2 kegs, all kept in a walk-in cooler that you may wander through. We have ice, tubs, and taps--everything you will need to have a successful party.
