Table selection sucked. They don't ask what tables you want them to shut down and pretty much make you play what they want you to play. Majority spanish speaking people and was a little bit of a language barrier for me.Rooms: 2/5

We had a party at the Final Cut Steak House, very last minute. Cynthia made the arrangements for us to make it happen. Elizabeth our bartender and server was a rock star. We expected 25 and 40 people showed up. She took care of everything and everyone. It was a perfect event and it was because of these 2 wonderful ladies! Big thank you to the Chef who made AMAZING food! You all were incredible!

Just visited the casino. It was a nice place. Just be prepared to lose your money. We set a budget of $25, and my wife played for a while. It was fun, but you're not coming out with the jackpot. LoLService: 5/5

Casino was cool great bartender. Made ma a great mudslide. Hotel on the other hand was very disappointing. Mattress was nasty had blood stains and looked like bed bugs. I may not have seen the mattress if my sheet fitted properly  Couldnt sleep woke up at 6:30 hungry for breakfast. No breakfast only juice and an apple they had. Casino was closed when i woke up so no food unless i left to drive to food. Front desk was terrible night shift. Asked him questions he should know knew nothing acted very rudely when i asked him for a coupon to get a deli sandwich because there was no breakfast because truck didnt come. They knew it was holidat so prepare accordingly. They need training on the 5 P's. Proper preparation prevents poor performance. Will never return to stay. Terrible

I have been to this casino several times the sports grill is fantastic waiters are friendly and courteous.  However the security detail as of this post is lousy.  They profile you and want to check your man bag.  The pit bosses early want to comp you for a meal and they act racist to people of color.  They increase the tables anything to make you stay unenjoyable and quick for you to lose.  Terrible my parents have chosen to go to Indiana vs to deal with those conditions and you are patronizing them.  Rediculoux

I did not stay in the hotel. This review is for the casino. You can smell the oldness of the carpet The games are ok. They have an abundant amount of Poker games, if that's your game. This place is small. 1- steakhouse/restaurant; 1- bar & grill and one deli with movie theatre prices and gas station food. The staff is really nice and helpful in spite of being overwhelmed, they have a staff shortage like every other place!

Overall I would say that we had a better experience than other reviews I've read. Although the rooms could use some updating especially bathroom , the room was clean and smelled fresh. Common areas were also clean. Checking in was easy with friendly staff. The prior descriptions of the breakfast were accuruate....fruit, yogurt and granola and stale pastries. The hotel is actually NOT connected to the casino, it is across the parking lot. No shuttle service since Covid so you either need to walk or drive. However, on the upside, I think the hotel is actually much quieter because of this ...which I am OK with! Bed was comfortable.  Overall this was a positive experience at least not a negative and we would stay here again.  Nearby activities: Hotel is not connected to the casino

Hollywood Casino has a policy for truck parking. However, it does not provide a shuttle service to the venue. This is especially important for people who are disabled because it is approximately 0.5 miles away from the entrance. Once inside, the experience is as expected . Perhaps management might consider posting a number to call if you need a ride.

Not much to tell, they are a casino and I'm a fool who occasionally thinks I can beat them.  They stay in business because there is a lot more fools like me.

I did not stay at the hotel. I took my mom to the casino and she enjoyed it and went home with her money plus a little extra. A lot of the machines were not working. The beverage machine needed syrup for some of the drinks.Location: 5/5
