We were at this venue for a concert. There were three lines to get in... the first one to check ID moved mind bogglingly slowly. Second was checking tickets, and third was to get into the concert hall.  The 45+ minute delay was such a bummer because we ended up missing most of the opening band, one of the main reasons we were there. After the concert, they weren't letting people walk around to use the elevators to access the parking.  Fortunately, someone who worked there relented when we explained that my friend had a broken foot. The parking garage was such a mess, too.. it took about an hour in our car to leave the garage. Honestly, it's one of my least favorite venues to date.

Nice casino I love the history and memorabilia at this place . Buffet was good but you need someone from the mid west making that fried rice lol

Took in a live show at the casino. The box seats were great and the staff was very well organized. Overall it felt like a great place to see a live performance, especially if you can get seats on the upper level.

The casino has gone downhill since COVID mandates lifted.  It is dirty,  not enough employees to pay out and the machines are tight. In order to receive gifts that you've pretty much already paid for,  you have to spend $25. Although classified as a Legend, there are no different cards and really no benefits.

Saw mastodon here. Was a nice casino if a bit too smokey for me. Too bad my luck failed me lol.

Was a great experience but it would be nicer if they had a hotel on or near the property.

Since I didn't win any $ on the slots, it was just ok. The staff was helpful and friendly and the parking was well lit and abundant. My bf went thru $290 and I went thru $80 in about an hour.

I needed a wheelchair for my husband, who had hip surgery and was not able to walk a long way. I was told I could get one at the security desk. The security desk is at least 1 city  block away from the elevator. If no one is with you,  it's not possible, and you'd would need to go  back home or elsewhere.  Once there, the rental fee is $5 for 12 hours AND a $20 deposit, which has to be paid in cash. WHY? This should be an issue with the Department of Disability. Then i had to walk back to the parking lot to get him. It is bad enough  that you don't win , and then to endure this type of treatment, it is really bad.  Then, when ready to leave then  the reversal needed to be done. Such a waste of time and energy. inconvenient, not customer friendly, and a true waste of time.  I am sure others have stated the same. SO I will not be back. I went to Hard Rock a little further to travel, but  they have courtesy wheel chairs at all entrances, no rental, and no deposit. PENN, which was previously Ameristar, does not have any wheelchairs so HardRock is the place until the new casino opens in Homewood. FYI: At some point, everyone will need some kinda of assistance, and wheelchair should be available at no cost. ITS CALLED HUMAN DECENCY let them know it's not right. I'M JUST SAYING Also, they do not have servers yet the have the button on all the machines. When I finally caught up with one, she turned her head and kept walking. I did notice the servers was only at the card. Roulette and poker tables. A person could die of thirst and get walked over. This treatment is horrible and I will not be spending my monies here.

My first time here, had fun. It was good. It would have been great if I would have won, lol

Went to the Jeff Dunham Show and the Theater was AMAZING! Casino was awesome and loved the smoking section. Gaming and smoking a cigarette is a great experience. Lines for the food was a bit rough though seemed like they need a little help with organization. Overall neat and good experience
