Love love love the staff here they are amazing! Told my nail tech he had free range on my nails as long as they are Halloweeny and he did not let me down I absolutely love them
Very friendly staff they did an amazing job on me and my sister in law. A little expensive but overall I don't get my nails done professionally often so it was a test for us both. $215 for the both of us getting gel sets and pedicures.
My nails look terrible uneven clumpy very thick hard to see In photos but definitely not worth the $65 they charged they refused to give me more than $10 dollars back and I also waited over an hour
the head guy just did whatever he wanted and didn’t really listen to me. he also couldn’t do what he claimed. i asked for brown marble provided in a book they have you look in and it looks nothing like it. he didn’t ask if i liked it before doing all of my nails and finishing it so made it hard to change them. i don’t get my nails done often but i’d hardly say taking a little grinder to my skin is a manicure.Services: Manicure
I haven't gotten a mani here yet just a pedi 3 times so far. They do pretty good, the oldest lady sorry don't know her name is my favorite she really massages your feet and is very attentive to it as where the other two I've had do it kind of slacked in that area. But overall pretty good service and job of painting my nails.
My mom and I came here for gel mani/pedi and we both agree it wasn’t the best experience. Friendly staff and all but they told everyone that came in it would be a 30 minute wait.. we were there for over 3 hours. My feet soaked for an hour and a half before someone started on me. I get it if they were understaffed but don’t tell every single person that comes in it’ll be 30 minutes when clearly there’s multiple people waiting to get in. They started on my mom before me and finished both her pedi and mani before they even got to me. I would have left had we not come together. All of that aside.. my cuticles were painted over and cured. So 3 days later I now have a ridge of gel that is catching on everything and will most likely peel off. You can see where the top coat brush was clearly too dry and didn’t cover the nail completely. At $180 for two people I would expect a better job than this
Clean, convenient and affordable! Long, relaxing pedicure. Really took their time, detail oriented. Comforting Christian music. Fast, friendly Outstanding service!
I went in with my mom for a full set of acrylic and they did the pink and white set without telling us and then I asked them to paint a butterfly on my accent nail in white and black and she put a sticker on it instead. They got the mix all over my fingers, the shape is not even. They didn't push the cuticles and didn't use cuticle oil afterwards either. My fingers are dry because they barely dusted my hands. I have to file my nails myself because I have acrylic on the underneath of the nail. We ended up paying 130 dollars for 2 full sets. Very disappointed.
I've never been so disappointed with an acrylic fill and gel polish application. All of my nails were different lengths, shapes and thickness. Some individual nails were round on one corner and squared on the other. There is still old gel polish color under the new acrilic. I asked the manicurist to fix the uneven lengths and shapes and this was the final result. I had to come home and shape them myself which caused them to be much shorter than I wanted. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
Went in today must have had a new guy because it took more than an hour, took him forever to get the gel paint off my toes, and he did a horrible job with trimming my nails, cleaning up my cuticles, and the paint job was terrible. Not worth the $65
