I have two certificates that are expiring but are not yet expired. They say they’re booked until after my certificates expire. Obviously it’s fine that they’re busy, but they refuse to extend my expiration date or provide me with a refund. So I am told I lose out on the services that were paid for which means a loss of $110 due to them not having availability before the expiration date on my certificates.

Friendly staff and lovely place! Had our pedicures done and they were very safety conscious as well as very good at their job! Very relaxed time with massage chair and jetted foot soak as well as foot massage and polish! Would return if we lived closer!

Shelly is an absolute gem! We were in town for a wedding and needed to squeeze in for 3 pedicures and a manicure and she went out of her way to help us! My pedicure was perfect. The space is beyond gorgeous and I loved the ambiance. Will return next trip up to Ashtabula! Make sure to make an appointment, she is a busy lady!
Was so pleased that Shelley was able to squeeze me in to replace two nails that broke while I was in town for vacation, especially the day before the holiday. She was very personable. However i was much less satisfied with the job she did. I specifically asked that she shape them to match my other nails. They did not match at all. Also it's already lifting from the back because they were not adhering properly. Just hope they last tol I get back home. Wish I could include a picture
I’ve been going to this nail salon for many years, and I’ve always been pleased! Last minute appointments are key for my busy life style, and this salon is so accommodating! Great pricing also!
