Holy Cross Cemetery

My Mom passed away May 2023. We were promised by Tim that her headstone would take 6 months. That never happened, we called Tim on many occasions leaving messages and asking about her headstone. Tim would never pick up our calls nor would he return our calls. My brother contacted him in the 1st part of March. Tim said it never came in and once it does he will put a rush on it. He PROMISED my brother the headstone would be ready in 4 weeks. Today is my Mom's birthday, so I went to see her. Guess what wasn't there??? HER HEADSTONE! I stopped in to see Tim to find out why. He was making every excuse under the sun. He promised me he would call me tomorrow, he doesn't even have my phone number! How is that going to happen??

Most of my family are here. Beautiful cemetery.

My mother, a devoted Catholic her entire life passed in January of 2021. Buried next to my dad a few days later. Her final resting place. Her gravesite is still bare. No attempt to manicure it in any fashion. I just assumed the cemetery would honor their members by taking care of the plots. We paid an exorbitant price for a new headstone. Still almost a year later it looks half hazardously finished. Gravely surface. Weeds.

The mausoleum is not properly ventilated. My uncle is there and the smell when you walk inside in unbearable. At least have some fans running and open the doors. Do something to take some of the smell away. My family has spent many thousands of dollars being buried at the cemetery. I couldn't even spend time there because of the horrible smell.

Wonderful place! The employee was Awful with assistance, directions, friendliness and help!

I was quite upset to see so many tomb stones uncared for. There was an entire section of flat head stones were nearly covered over with weeds and dirt. They were only visible if I was standing over them. My husband and I went out with some tools with the plan to clear away our family stones and ended up clearing several others. HC needs to step up the management and upkeep of their grounds.

They are very poor at upkeep of grounds and many times I've gone out to my parents grave with flowers and theres no water in the jugs.

Very helpful in regards to finding a grave.
