We were so uncertain what to expect when going into their facilities to plan. We had Lisa as our funeral director and specialist and she was professional and sincere. She communicated often and was very thorough. When it came time for our rosary night she put us in good hands with very capable directors to guide our rosary. They made us feel comforted and the level of respect on how they treated our Mother was impeccable. The day of our funeral Lisa and her crew made the process smooth and it flowed beautifully. All the products we ordered were professionally finished like my Mother’s portrait, prayer cards and memory box. They offered the most intimate ritual during the rosary when we closed my Mother’s casket. We were able to tuck her in as she did with us when we were babes and that was an unusual touch that I have never seen before. All in all, I would recommend Dignity Memorial for your funeral needs. Mia did an excellent job with the cemetery portion and she was there the day of the funeral service as well. It was a beautiful send off for our dear Mother and I hope others find solace with this review. Thank you.
I dealt with Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 22 years ago, while making arrangements for my father, now in making arrangements of services for my mother Felismer Mejia Torres, I can't help but think I am so glad the opening and closing portion of this funeral was paid. Ms. Lynette Adame, of Memory Gardens Funeral Home, was rather helpful in showing us the crypt and my mothers final resting place. Although, a sad occasion, Ms. Lynette, offered comfort, then we asked, "When will the date of death, be placed on the plaque,?" the response was provided the next day! I can't thank you all enough!
We want to take a moment and say, "Thank you" to the very caring, and kind staff of Memory Garden Funeral Home, to be specific Ms. Barbara Kegel, Santiago, Mark & Amanda. When I saw my mother for the first time in her beautiful pink casket, the team, that did her make - up, and wardrobe, did an incredibly good job! Ms. Kegel, and Santiago, were right there with us in that very moment, it made us feel more like family than clientele. At, times like these emotions, moments, and anxiety runs high. The staff, offered compassion, we prayed to our Lord and Savior, that he bless all those who helped us. My mother's funeral was a celebration of life. Our mother was our queen! And, I leave you with her parting words: “God bless you, and don’t forget to pray.” Amen.
My husband of 40years deceased on September 22, 2022. The staff at Memory Gardens were very professional, helpful ,polite, courtesy, they did a awesome job at my time of my need. I want to thank Frank, Rachel, Mark and especially Liza the funeral Director from the day I walked in to make arrangements to the burial site they made my days comfortable. My whole family is in peace there The Trevino family. Thank you again Mrs. Ida Linda Trevino Cantu. God Bless everyone.
This facility is nice. But be careful and proof all documents including program for the service . We had several errors made and even after correcting the errors and speaking directly to the funeral director the errors remained. Regarding communication between the director and the office staff the left hand communicates poorly with the right hand. The person who prepared my dad for the service did an excellent job. The pastor could not follow the program and had information on dates incorrect. The reception following the service was excellent.
My Brother and I talked about trying to have someone from Memory Gardens come out to my Dad's home to talk about Arrangement Preparation for my Dad, as he had just been put on in Home Hospice. We were very Greatful in knowing it was possible, and that is where we met Anthony and Lynette. These two made it so much easier for my Dad's Arrangements, they both went out of their way to make us feel Comfortable. Anthony and Lynette were very Compassionate about our feelings and answered all of our Questions and helped us through each Step. My Brother had several phone calls and messages with Both of them, and they did not hesitate at all in responding. They both went out their way each Day including to the very last Day to make sure everything went Smoothly and checked on us. Lynette even helped us with a small issue in getting someone to touch up my Dad's face in a small area. My Brother and I are very Greatful for these two in helping my Dad's Transition. We Truly Truly Appreciate them. They are Awesome at how they Handled Everything with us..Thank You so Much Anthony and Lynette from the bottom of our Hearts.
Anthony and Homer were so amazingly kind and understanding in our time of sorrow. They really went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything exactly the way we wanted. The services were absolutely beautiful and I am forever thankful. Thank you so much for everything.
Our experience with this facility was shameful. They had difficulty locating the paperwork for my mom's prepaid services, which was the least of their problems. They tried to get us to pay for the opening and closing of the niche, which was already prepaid. On the day of the funeral, they opened the incorrect niche, and set up a tent and chairs at another completely different niche. When we arrived at the niche we knew to be our parents place of rest, you could clearly see that they had marked the correct niche including tape that had my mother's name on it, but the staff kept arguing that we were at the wrong niche. Needless to say, they finally opened our niche, so we could put my mother to rest, after we stood in the noon heat waiting for over 45 minutes for them to get it right. Everything about this experience was stressful. I would not recommend their services or facility.
The management and staff at Memory Gardens made a really difficult time a little better. Barbara Kegel is wonderful and caring. She went out of her way to make my family feel welcome and cared for, paying close attention to every detail. I also want to thank Anna , Alison, Lynette,Samantha, Duvie, Santiago and Desirae for your kindness. In addition the cemetery crew were wonderful, Ricky, Juanito &Freddy. I am so thankful for all of you.
Lisa was wonderful. She was so kind, caring and compassionate over the loss of our mother. She made sure we were happy with all the arrangements. Thank you, Lisa for all your help. Many blessings to you.
