Great childrens museum! Lots of very unique areas and it's well kept up. Perfect place to take a 2 and 4 year old on a rainy day. The place is large with a lot of different sections where you can still keep a good eye on them. Some areas for gross and fine motor skills, dress up and pretend play and building. Also there is a large water table but plan for a change of clothes. Check with your local libraries for discount passes in advance. Ours had half off for up to 6 people. The one issue I had was parking! There is no on site parking. It's either street parking or try to get lucky and park at the merry go round. Very close by in the mark is the merry go round and outdoor splash pad too.
Pretty cool stuff and we spent a good 2+ hours checking it all out. Some stuff was broken, but there was still plenty to play with. Our favorites were the play store and the screen that showed our pictures with a scanner!Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$6–10

Love going here! So reasonable to get in. So much to do. I took my 3 grands. Age from 3 yo to 12yo. All 3 LOVE IT!
Our family enjoyed the Children’s Museum! We were in town for a wedding and looking for something to do that would be entertaining for our preschooler. We stayed about two hours and could have stayed longer, but it was becoming crowded. Fantastic play areas, some could be cleaned or updated.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10

The Holyoke Children's museum is a really great museum for children around the ages of 2-6, but older kids can have fun too. Highlights include - large climbing structure, firetruck and ambulance, the projected images that children can draw their own to be scanned onto the screen, water table, store fronts with plastic food, light machine, air machine with scarves, gears, percussion and much more. There's also a jungle gym and splash pad right outside and tables up stairs to eat at if you bring lunch. You can easily spend hours there.
Went there for an installation job for the company I work for. Talked with the administrator for a bit about bringing my son to check it out and have a good time. She gave me 3 free passes for my son, wife and myself to spend a day there. Staff I worked with was quite friendly and the whole place looks like a great spot for kids to learn and have fun as well as allowing parents to let their inner kid out. Can't wait to go back.
We went to a birthday party at the museum and had an amazing time. Cannot speak to how busy it usually gets me as it was rented out for the party. Kids at the party were aged from 2-6 and it seemed like there was something for everyone. My 2.5 year old had a blast "driving" all the trucks and spent the rest of the time playing with the gravity vacuum tubes. Would highly recommend!
We had THE MOST AMAZING day at Children’s Museum at Holyoke!! Mom and Dad had just as much fun as our 3 year old!! Super clean! So interactive! So much to explore!! Can’t WAIT to go back again!!!
